Elizabeth POV We were all sitting in the parlor when William finally decided to tell the new he stood up and looked at everyone and said "everyone I would like to announce to you all that Miss Elizabeth and I are engaged to be married" he said straight to the point he extended his hand to me and I took it and stood be his side the reaction we got from lady Catherine was completely differently than we expected she was smiling widely and then looked at lady Anne and said "you owe me 20 pounds" she said with a laugh and Lady Anne laughed as well slightly and handed over the money we got our congratulations and sat back down our eyes met and we both looked at each as if say 'thank god' and 'we'll talk more later' after our silent conversation we continued to talk of different matters in the parlor until it was time for bed ~~~TIME SKIP~~~ Th next morning I was was walking in the gardens with Jane I could finally move freely though there was a slight ache in my led but otherwise I was finally healed and back to normal " so bwhen are you and Darcy getting married?" Jane asked " I'm not sure we haven't really talked a lot about it" I replied "Well you should get on with that then or we could have a double wedding it would be so wonderful!!" Jane said excitedly "That would be wonderful i shall speak with William on the matter later" i replied and jane nodded her head we had reached the house now and parted ways to do our own things i was simply wondering around the house looking at the art when i felt as though someone was there imediatly a smile graced my lips because i knew it was indeed my William but i ignored the presence and see how long he would just stand there assuming i did not know that he was there. Darcy POV I was wondering around the house looking for Elizabeth when I came around the corner I saw her inspecting a portrait on the wall she looked completely engrossed in the painting so I stayed where I was and admired her from the corner where I stood she was looking at the paint when without even turn or looking away from the paint said "what do you you think of this painting William?" 'How does she do that!?' I thought to myself "I think it is quite beautiful but not as beautiful as what is standing in front of it." I stated simply when I looked I saw she had her head down shyly smiling with a slight blush on her cheeks. I lifted my hand and placed it under her chin forcing her to look up at me when our eyes met I could see the love she held in her eyes and I'm sure that mind reflected the same. I smiled at her then said "come, let's take a walk in the gardens" while offering my arm. Taking my arm with a smile we started towards the garden when suddenly she cried in pain and collapsed to the ground. I panicked and knelt down beside her not knowing what to do I asked worriedly "Elizabeth what's wrong!? What's going on!?" She looked up at me with so much pain in her eyes it killed me she gasped out "I...I don't know, g...get Jane quickly" refusing to leave her side I called out to a passing servant she quickly came over and asked what I needed "quickly, run and get Jane Bennett tell her it's Elizabeth and bring her here. HURRY NOW!" I said she quickly ran away. I looked back to Elizabeth she looked to be in less pain than before I took her hand in mine and did as much as I could to comfort her and let her know that I was here. Soon I heard hurried footsteps approach I looked up to see Jane and Bingley running down the hallway towards us. When Jane reached us she quickly asked "what happened?" "We were walking towards the garden when she collapsed" I told her hurriedly "OK...Mr Darcy I need you to as gently as possible pick Lizzy up so we can take her to her room and get her out of this cold hallway, Charles I need you to send for a physician quickly." Charles quickly left I slowly and carefully picked Elizabeth up in my arms she immediately put her arms around my neck and buried her face in my chest to keep from crying out in pain we went to Elizabeths room as quickly as possible with out jostling Elizabeth to bad and waited for the physician to arrive and tell us what was wrong with Elizabeth all the while I never left her side I can only hope Elizabeth will be ok and this isn't to serious.
