I let Adonis drive the car to his pack. I get nervous. Soon, he is driving down a road. I'm sure the truck won't get down

"My dad, the truck won't get down here," I say

"Don't worry your dad is with your mom now we will come back later for the truck" he says we pull up outside the pack house it's huge with lots of houses around, mom pulls up behind me we get out I wait for my parents, we follow Adonis into the house people stop what they are doing.

"Steve, please inform everyone to be in the great hall in an hour."

"Yes Alpha" he leaves we follow Adonis to his office "please sit down" we sit "Faith I want you to know that I have no intention of rejecting you I've waited to long to find my mate, I want you and your family to join the pack for you to rule by my side, this might be a lot for you to take in.

"I need to talk to my parents alone, but before we do, I have some questions," I say

"Of course."

"Ok, how big is your pack?"

"We have over one thousand wolves to date,"

"Wow, that's a lot. What is the name of the pack?" I ask

"We are the white moon pack,"

"That's nice. Where would we live?"

"We have a few empty homes your family may choose which one you would like."

"Can I live with them?"

"Yes, until you are happy to live with me, I have my own home,"

"Ok, how does this pack function?" I ask

"We have training five times a week the teenagers go to school in a wolf school, we have a nursery on the pack grounds we look out for each other some of the pack members were once rogue not by choice they now have a home here, also if a pack is in trouble we help if we can".

"Help how?" I ask

"We either go to them and help, or they come here until we decide what to do as I'm sure you know rogues are a problem." I nod in understanding, I look at mom and dad

"Is there anything you want to ask?"

"Yes, Alpha, how do you decide who joins the pack?" Mom asks

"We have a meeting in the great hall like we are having in an hour if all goes well. I would like you to join tonight,"

"Why so fast?" I ask

"This is the way it's done, and the pack have there say we don't have secrets here." I nod

"May I speak with my parents alone?"

"Of course," he gets up and leaves. I look at my mom and dad.

"What do you think?" I ask

"It's like I'm playing catch up first we are kicked out of our old pack, you get your wolf and not just any wolf one of the strongest if not the strongest wolf in the world we have met the moon goddess, you found your rightful mate now we are being asked into another pack" mom says

"When you say it like that, it is a lot," I say.

"I think we should stay we will be together and protected you need to learn your powers plus your mate doesn't seem like an asshole" me and mom gasp we are not use to hearing dad swear.

"So if they accept us, we stay?" I ask mom and dad nod. There is a knock on the door."Come in, " Adonis walks in."we have decided that if your pack except us, we will stay."

"That's great, now are you hungry?"

"A little" we follow Adonis to the kitchen a woman is there "Amber I would like you to meet Terry,June and this is Faith"

"It's nice to meet you all." we shake her hand

"You two," I say

"I made you sandwiches. I wasn't sure what you liked, so I made a few different ones."

"Thank you, Amber. I'm sure they will be delicious." she smiles and walks out of the room. we sit at the table and eat. I was right. The sandwiches are delicious.

"Honey, how are you feeling?" Mom asks

"I'm ok. I have a few small changes. I can see clearer smell is enhanced, and hearing is crystal clear, but I am scared." I say mom and dad come sit next to me.

"Go on," dad says

"I'm scared of the power. I have all this power and don't know how to use it,"

"Honey, we will study that we will help you through it. What else?" Dad asks

"What if they except us and I'm not a good Luna?"

"Now you listen to me young lady you will be a wonderful Luna and Hope couldn't be with a better person than you, I know my pup I know how special you are I should do me and your mother made you" dad says. I hug my dad most would be offended being called a pup but I love it it makes me feel special "now anything you worry about you tell me or your mother we will get you through it".

"I love you both so much." I say Adonis is sitting there just watching us he smiles at me, and I smile back

"There are some books in the library with regards to Hope," Adonis says

"Ok, I'll check them out later," I say

"Why not just ask me?" Hope says I jump

"Honey, what's wrong?" Mom asks

"Hope spoke to me. I'm not used to it, sorry Hope," I say

"It's ok, we can work on our power later," Hope says

"Ok."

"Ok, what?" Dad says

"Sorry Hope just said we can work on our power later, I need to get used to having private conversations with her," I laugh.

"It's time for the meeting," Adonis says. we follow him through to the great hall. Everyone is there. My first instinct is to put my head down.

"Don't you dare" I hold my head up with a smile on my face Adonis steps up to the mic, I look around the room we will soon find out if we will be accepted or not, suddenly it's like I can't breath with what me and my parents have gone through in the last 48 hours I start to shake mom and dad rush to me.

"I don't feel too well." I feel myself start to fall. Dad catches me. I'm in his arms. "Rest," he says, then I black out.
