Yes and No, more yes though. It's so hard to answer this question without actually telling you the answer or it will ruin the story, Metaphorically she does die, so yes. She literally dies to so... YES

I do not know even if I did I probably wouldn't tell you.

Yes, with Mrs_Brenden_Urie
5) How can I make a sequel if Nicole is dead?
That will be answered when the chapter, I don't know which one though, comes out.
