A search for love.

(Third person POV)

Aphmau called out to you but stopped. She turned to look at Aaron.

Aph: Well?! Aren't you going to go after her?!

....

Without saying a word Aaron dashed out the door.

In search for you.

(Third person POV)

Damnit... Where did she go?...

*He calls out to you.

...

*There is no response.

Aaron, walked throughout the snow  in search for you.

(Your POV)

I sat on the steps that were at the back door of the cabin. I was surprised no one had found me yet.

"Y/N!"

I flinched at the sound of his voice.

Aaron: It's looks like I found your little hiding spot huh?

I took my blue hoodie that I was wearing and pulled the hood down in front of my face. Frankly, I didn't feel like dealing with any of this right now.
Aaron sat down next to me.

(Start music)

Aaron: hey.. 

I didn't look at him or say anything.

Aaron: .... Why did you hide that from us?.. Most of all, me.

I pulled the hood down more.

Aaron:.... You know, you didn't have to hide that. If you knew what you said to me on the mountain, you could've told me. And you-

I interrupted him.

You: Shut up.

Drip....

I tear fell down from my face, down onto my leg.

You: I know. It's pathetic..

Drip... Drop...

*More tears fall.

"The fact the I've been hiding this the whole time. Making you all worry about me...

*You stood up, your back facing him*

"I'm sorry for that. And the fact that you all stayed with me for all these years is just.. amazing.

*Aaron stood up

"I've been a coward these past couple of weeks. I haven't been telling you everything.... *Sigh* I...

"I love you Aaron-

"I love you too"

You: And, I understand if you-

Aaron: Y/n, did you hear what I said?

You: Yeah you said- .......

*You turn around in shock, realizing what he had said.

You: W-what did you say?...

*Aaron walks closer to you.

"I said, I love you."

*Tears of joy fill your eyes. You almost jump in Aaron's arms. He embraces you tightly.

"Can this last forever?..." I asked.

*Aaron gives you a slight chuckle and let's go of you.

For once... I said it back. And this time, I actually meant it..

"I love you too... Aaron."

He kissed me.

I missed this. Just me and Aaron and me and him alone. The kiss was warm. I haven't felt this in a long time.

He let go. He rested his forehead on mine while putting his hands on my cheeks.

"I am never... Letting go of you. Ever again..."

I'll never forget those words...
