Things about Wattpad books I hate.

Alright white girl. Sit down.

Almost every book I've ever read has a white girl as the main character. You know the blonde hair and blue eyes? Yeah... that girl.

And then she says how ugly she is and then she somehow catches the attention of the hottest bit in school. And like... she is casted as Barbara Plavin. So... ummm???

Excuse you?

Like I haven't read that many books with a poc main character. Like I've read For The Curvy, I loved it, and Boys In Bands from simonesaidwhat, and it was really cute.

I get tired of reading about blond haired blue eyed girls who call themselves ugly and like... they're casted by a model, most likely Barbara.

And like if you want to make your main character white, at least give her a background. Like, she can be Lebanese, Greek, Armenian, Italian, German, Russian etc. Like Christ at least make her speak another language. She can be French for all I care but like plaine Jane blondie can at least have a culture to be proud of. You know? (No offence to anyone it's really hard to write in another language, believe me I know).
