The extremely intense air from before had subsided as Fahad had put away his gun while Kamran who looked like he was going to commit bloody murder just minutes ago, now had a expressionless look on his face, the same as Rubab's. You would think they are related somehow at how similar the two of them were in some aspects, especially facial expressions.

"You don't have to look that mortified while giving me the number you know." Ibraheem assured Misha while smiling as he added his number in her phone while she stood beside him with crossed arms and a suspicious look. He called from her phone to make sure he received her number too. Once done, he handed the phone back to her while grinning like he just won the Olympics.

"I feel like I am digging my own grave." Misha muttered while Zoya patted her on the shoulder.

"It's okay sis, the first time is always the hardest." Zoya joked and Misha looked at her with disbelief. "Handing over your number to a guy, I mean, once you give it to a few more guys, I am sure you will be okay." Zoya winked while Rubab rolled her eyes. Before Misha could even reply, Ibraheem beat her to it.

"She won't be giving her number to any other guys. She better not." Silence fell on all six of them at that with Fahad and Zoya looking at Ibraheem with amusement while Rubab just looked bored while Kamran was surprised at his cousin's statement though he didn't show it. Misha was as mortified as before but she had to agree with Ibraheem, she really wasn't going to give her number to anyone else. One guy was enough to scare her for a lifetime.

"Hey bro! It's not like you to behave like this. Why do you care if she gives her number to some other guy?" Fahad probed at Ibraheem, pushing his buttons to get his real feelings out but Ibraheem just glared back at him and he raised his hands in surrender. Ibraheem didn't like the feeling or image of Misha gladly handing her number to some other guy. Just the idea alone disturbed him thoroughly. He wanted to rip apart the guy who wanted her number and break Misha's phone for attempting to give it to someone apart from him. He glared at Misha as if daring her to do what he saw in his imagination but she was too occupied staring at his number on her phone to realize what warnings he was sending in her direction.

"Just so we are clear, you will not call or text me whenever you want, okay? I mean, what if my brother sees your message or call? I will be killed." Misha said more to herself than to Ibraheem while looking like a deer in headlights. Ibraheem's silence was only scaring Misha even more. "Okay?" She repeated while looking up at him and Ibraheem sighed before nodding his head and rubbing the back of his neck.

"Sure." Misha narrowed her eyes suspiciously at him as if not believing a word he was saying. "I will try not to."

"No, no. You need to promise. I can't risk this." Misha panicked and Ibraheem exhaled noisily before looking back at her. She really was adorable, Ibraheem thought. "You have to promise, okay?"

Did she really need such assurance? I mean I get that I scared her but come on, I am not that big of a douchebag, am I? I probably am.

"Alright, if you promise not to leave me on seen again, I won't call or text you whenever." Ibraheem said reluctantly because he really didn't want time restraints on him but he had to comply for reasons even he didn't know.

"Sure, I promise." Misha had to weigh the pros and cons of this and replying to his texts was nothing compared to the impending doom of getting his call at any random time while her brothers were around.

"Alright, same here then." Ibraheem said and then silence fell again which was broken by Fahad's attempt to get Rubab's number.

"What is your number?" Fahad said while smiling from ear to ear as he strolled towards Rubab who gave him a cold, dead look.

"Rubab doesn't have a phone because her mother says it disrupts her studies." Zoya piped in while smirking, knowing Fahad's intentions all too well. She wasn't lying though. Rubab's parents were very determined to make sure she scored all A's and thought of a phone as nothing but a distraction which it was actually. Rubab had no issue with the decision so she never actually asked for one.

"That is a joke, right?" Fahad looked between Rubab and Zoya but it was hard to tell with Rubab's uninterested expression.

"No, for real." Zoya continued to smile as Fahad's smile started to fade.

"What about a Facebook id?" He persisted and Zoya's smile widened.

"She deactivated for the exams. Will you reactivate now, Rubab?" Zoya turned to Rubab who could see the mischievous look on Zoya's face. She was so evil at times, Rubab thought while restraining her own smile.

"Not really. No. Life is simpler without it." Rubab answered with a blank look on her face that gave nothing away.

"Wait, then how do you contact each other?" Fahad had a feeling he was being played by the two girls.

"By using her sister's phone." Zoya said in a duh tone and Fahad scratched his head in confusion.

"Oh, okay." Fahad replied as he started to ponder over what to say next while Zoya turned to a brooding Kamran.

"Don't you want my number?" Zoya grinned at Kamran who looked at her with aloofness.

"No." The reply was short and brutal. Even Rubab and Misha could feel Kamran's savagery though they weren't the one's being rejected.

"Eh, okay. Plenty more from where you come from." Zoya grinned, completely unfazed as she remarked. "Can we leave now? It's getting late, I need to drop Misha back to her house as well."

Ibraheem didn't want Misha to leave. It had been more than a month since he had last seen her and he really couldn't get enough of her. He wanted to apologize for what he had done today but for some reason, his pride didn't allow it and he didn't want Misha to think he was going easy on her because that would mean another lie and another mistake on her part. So rather than apology, the words left his mouth before he could stop them.

"You can go now, Misha. Lekin agli dafah aisi koi harkat ki tou menay utha kar tumhe Karachi le jana hai apne sath, acha? Mujhe ghusa na charana. Lehaz men chup hun. Kisi aur boy ko number denay ka sochna bhi maat, warna uska mun tor dunga. Are we clear? (But don't pull such a stunt again or else I will kidnap you and take you to Karachi with me, alright? Don't make me angry. I am holding back out of consideration. You better not even think of giving your number to some other boy or I will break his face)" Misha just nodded her head as she slowly took a step back. Ibraheem hadn't intended to give this threat, in fact he wanted to say sorry but the words never formed so he just shrugged. "Also, text me the moment you get home safe." He said while his eyes followed Misha's retreating body.

"Alright. Allah Hafiz." Misha said as she turned her back and left along with Zoya and Rubab.

Ibraheem continued to stare in her direction until their car reversed and was out of their sight. He felt something weird in his stomach when she turned around in the passenger seat to give him one last look before disappearing from his sight.

"Already missing her?" Fahad joked as he took a seat inside the cruiser.

"Yeah." Ibraheem replied honestly.

Author's note:

Also, I read some comments on the last chapter about what Ibraheem's reaction would be if he finds out Misha is getting married or what his jealous possessive side will be like, don't worry all of that will definitely come around in the chapters of the future InshaAllah.

You know your girl loves to have a little crazy in her male protagonists so that will come around too Lol. For now, I am just focusing on building the story up and creating a flow. No rush here folks.
