February 14- also known as valentine's day, the day you when lovers express their affection with greetings and gifts for for their crushes or significant others

M/n held the many bags of chocolate in his arms one for each of his friends however one was a heartfelt chocolate made by scratch for a certain pinkette

You skipped through the hall bumping into a fiery red head

"oh hey M/n!" hairo shouted as he began to dig in his bag "so uhh here i got you some valentine's day chocolate!" he exclaimed handing the pink heart shaped box's

you sighed in pleasure as you held onto the box before you dig in your bag "i got you some as well!" handing him a cute pink baggie with a red ribbon

"i hope you enjoy-" before you can finish someone cut in "Hairo, thanks for bringing me that thing the other day I left behind the other day!" a girl handed him a box of chocolates soon more people began to show up

"Hairo! Here are some chocolates for the advice you gave me me during practice the other day!"

"thanks for taking my grandpa to the hospital the other day!"

you sweat dropped at the sight of hair getting ambushed by females to which he now held 3 bass full of friendship chocolate

''Phew.. Hey, Saiki! Good morning!'' Hairo called out to Saiki who was currently walking past the two of you.

your face brightened as you pulled the teen into a hug "Kusuo~ good morning i missed you my love~!" you said shoving your face into his vibrant hair

you didn't even need to see to know he had a look of disgust

Saiki turned to hairo ignoring you staring at the bags Hairo was carrying.

"Ah, did you manage to see that?"Hairo said, as he looked down on his bags. "I have no clue on what to do. I can't eat all this."

you grinned "i don't think it would be a great idea sharing the chocolates since they were meant for you!"

"well i guess your right! i have to eat ever last one of them!" hairo said taking it as some sort of challenge

"i don't think that what he meant-" saiki froze as your body pulled away from him

"i forgot i had to do something this morning! i'll see you later Kineshi! bye kusuo!" you said pressing a kiss on kusuos cheek as you ran off not wanting to get hit by kusuo

"say saiki are you and M/n dating?" hairo said unbothered by the pda

Saiki was snapped out of his thoughts shaking his head in denial but one thing bothered him

'why didn't he give me any chocolates..?'

you were breathing heavily as you walked in the classroom to which you found kaidou who sat gloomy on the classroom floor with nendou besides him laughing violently

"a-ah so what happens here..?" you asked saiki as you leaned on the desk besides him

saiki rolled his eyes "kaidou thought he received heartfelt chocolates from teruhashi" causing you to snort before you walked towards kaidou's height and pet down his hair

you pulled out a similar bag of chocolates you had given hairo earlier but only that this one was decorated with a blue ribbon

"here kaidou..." you said placing the baggie in between his lap

kaidou blushed violently as he held onto the bag "H-Huh?! m/n...I didn't know you saw me in that way!'' he waved his hands around wildly.

saiki glared from behind M/n 'just for some stupid chocolates? hes more pathetic then i thought' Saiki thought poorly of the blue haired boy

"there friendship chocolates silly... i got you some to nendou!" you said handing him a bag kaidou stared in embarrassment that he jumped to conclusions very quickly

the next bell rang

you walked around the halls as students exited their classrooms you held onto kusuos valentine's day gift

you had to place it in the teachers refrigerator so it wouldn't melt or spoil

"kusuo, kusuo, kusuo, where are you..." you whispered underneath your breath as you pulled the bag of goodies to your chest

m/n bite his lips as he failed to spot his crush exiting the classroom 'did he go home already...?' you sadly whispered to yourself sighing at your stupidity for not asking the boy to wait for you

you walked outside the school 'kusuo...' you thought to yourself as you stood outside the school gates unknowingly kusuo flinched at your voice over the 200 meter radius of thoughts he heard your loud and clear which was unusual

Kusuo teleported himself back towards school walking out the gates again running into you successfully

your eyes brightened at the sight "kusuo!"

"hey....." he greeted the (h/cette)

"i got you something! but i couldn't give it to you earlier since it would've been spoiled..." you handed him the bag of chocolates to which he gracefully accepted

"wait.... m/n" saiki spoke up as you were about to leave, suddenly a box decorated with hearts was hand to you

"i got these for you.... i guess..." saiki said avoiding eye contact

your s/c skin was now decorated with a bright pink blush. you accepted the gift not knowing if they were heartfelt or friendship chocolates

"kusuo.... are you okay this is kinda out of character" you bluntly said causing kusuo to get a tick mark on his forehead "never mind give them back."

"i'm just kidding kusuo! i'll eat them all!" you said with a loud laugh the school was now completely empty of students the only two smiling classmates at the gates

Kusuo had a small smile watching you laugh in enjoyment "i mean.... you are practically courting me now right?" he unexpectedly said

your face burned a even brighter red and face filled with shock "w-what?"

you unintentionally pulled kusuo to a hug both of your faces with a small genuine smile.

the two classmates stood together in silence one trying to come to terms with his feelings, and the other finally feeling happiness.

they both shared one thing, they deeply cared for eachother

Kusuo Saiki wanted to understand his emotions. as much as he told himself he was using M/n to get away from teruhashi, the feelings for the other boy were genuine.

but maybe M/n's the right person for him, maybe it all happened to quickly, maybe it was just Kusuo his expressing jealousy.

this is my definition of courting and what i've gotten from other books

where the male ask for permission to basically try wooing or making the other fall in love with them during courting they both are freely able to talk romantically with other including flirting. so if courting goes well for the two they make it official of being boyfriend and girlfriend to which it make end in marriage.
