Chapter 26 - The Framed Gryffindors

3rd Person's POV

After the talk with Y/n, Harry felt little better. He could ignore the stares he was getting while the dinner. 

The next day was not any better. There were whispers everywhere he passed. But Harry was slightly happy. Y/n kept her promise and was with him all the time. Hermione and Ron weren't leaving his side as well. He knew he was not alone.

After all the classes, They were now completing their homeworks in the library. Harry still felt the stares behind his back. He turned back to see a group of Ravenclaw's staring at him. They quickly turned back when their eyes met Harry's. 

Harry looked at his friends. Ron and Hermione awkwardly smiled at him while Y/n did nothing and continued to complete her work. Harry looked at other students who were staring at him. For now, he had enough. He started packing his stuff. 

"I'll see you back in the common room" Harry said to his friends.

"wait Harry.. I'll come with you" Y/n said packing her stuff as well. Harry waited for her and when she was done, they got up to go.

"See you later" Y/n muttered to Hermione and Ron who nodded at her.

 They walked out the room with stares following At this point even Y/n was bothered. She signed when she came out the class and concentrated on walking but felt a tug oh her sleeve. She looked back to see Harry peeking into the same room they were in.

'wait....don't tell me' Y/n thought and looked over Harry's shoulder to find a group of Hufflepuff whispering with not-so-quite voice.

"So, anyway.. I told Justin to hide up in our dormitory.. I mean to say, if Potter's marked him down as his next victim.. its best he keeps a low profile for a while.. If The girl Kim is involved with Potter...he's safe inside only inside a room" Said Ernie, Second year Hufflepuff. Y/n's ears perked up when she heard her name

"But why would he want to attack Justin?" Asked Hannah Abbot.

'Does she believe him??? I hope she doesn't, She's a nice girl' Y/n thought nervously while hearing Eric with full attention now

"Well, Justin let it slip to Potter that he was Muggle-born" Ernie said like it was obvious 

"And you definitely think Potter's the Heir of Slytherin?" Asked Abbot anxiously 

"Hannah....He's a Parcelmouth...Everyone knows that's a mark of a Dark wizard..Have you heard of a decent one who could talk to snakes??..They called Slytherin himself Serpent-tongue" Ernie said with solemnly 

"But what about Y/n??? There is no way she'll be involved in this...her family is always known to be nice and popular" A boy beside Ernie said

"Well...who knows?? what if she's bad??? Think about it...She's known as 'The First Female Kim', but she still was unknown to other people for years.. If we look at it, logically that's something that should be celebrated instead of hiding it.. She's definitely a strong witch that has ability to be bad..That's why they kept her hidden to make a mannered girl out of her. It did worked looking how she's always so well-mannered. She's got to be evil and The Kim powers already make her strong. You saw her yesterday, how she defeated Lockhart with a that kind of spell...It even looked hard to perform but she did it with no quarries .. She is definitely undefeatable" Ernie explained

"But How She's related to Heir of Slytherin?? Most of the Kim Family members weren't in Slytherin." asked the same boy again
