Dec 5, 2016

In the past month, all of them had been wearing more and more layers. And now, most of them were staying at the company later and later, waking up the crack of dawn. Maybe even before that. In the past month, Dawa hadn't seen anything more from Soo-Gi or Jungkook. Dawa didn't know if this was a good thing or a bad thing. On one hand, nothing bad seems to be happening. Jungkook just looked tired, just like everyone else. But, on the other hand, he wasn't as carefree as he used to be. Most of the laughs sounded forced and Dawa didn't know how to take in this kind of information. On top of that, he had been stressing since it was almost the holiday season. He had been meaning to do some shopping but he could never seem to find the right time. And going shopping like a normal person was out of the question since he was one of the members of BTS and their popularity was increasing. And if he could go, he was sure he would be mobbed by haters who wanted him out.

"Aren't you coming back with us?" Jin asked, noticing how Dawa was not collecting his things like the rest of his members.

"I can't Hyung. Sae-Jun wanted me to go live. You guys should go home and rest." Jin nodded while taking out his phone. Dawa was slightly confused at what Jin was doing but then when Jin showed a picture of Dawa smiling he chuckled. Jin waved goodbye following the others to the car.

When Dawa was in front of the camera he waved. He a cup of tea in his hand which he had gotten from the lounge room. They had a little tea and coffee station in the corner.

"Oh, I'm drinking mint tea. I had too much caffeine for today." He scolded himself for being slightly unhealthy. "Everyone, don't be like me and have an excessive amount of caffeine. Or else you won't get any sleep." He lectured.

"What have you lovelies been up to?" he questioned his viewers. Which had increased from his first v-live. There were less negative comments but still, it impossible for him to ignore the once that was still there.

"Reading...Hm, I like reading too. although I like memoirs and non-fictions."

"School, studying for exams. Good luck, if things get too hard just take a break, get a breath of fresh air and clear your head. I used to go and play a bit of football (soccer) in between studying. It always helped me." He advised as he took another sip of tea. Sae-Jun was in the room, but he was doing some paper work on the other side of the camera, giving Dawa as much privacy as he could. He understood that Dawa found it uncomfortable when people just watched him filming a live so he just decided to do a bit of work.

"Dawa,  I've been been having a hard time with my family...they don't understand some of my struggles because we're too different. I'm Japanese but my parents are white and they don't understand why I'm sad all the time, they understand my school life and how stressful it is, what do I do?"

This was unexpected. Someone was really asking him for advice, someone who seemed to be similar to Dawa in a way. 'What do I say?' he kept asking in his head. He wanted to make the army feel better but how can he when he doesn't even understand the full situation? He brushed his hair out of his face and then he started to speak.

"I'm sorry to hear that. It sounds like you're adopted, like me. I'm sorry if this assumption is wrong, but if it is true, then I understand. Adoption sounds like a good thing and I do think that in the long run, in most cases it is. But there is also something sad about it. Something gets lost. " He started cautiously. "I think it is reasonable for you to ask them to sit down and have a talk and explain to them in your point of view. They won't understand until he clearly tell them, this is the problem and I need help." He continued. "Or if you don't know how to tell them in person, maybe write it down, or talk to someone you trust. I hope this advise helped. remember one day this time will just be a bad memory and you will get through it!" Dawa smiled encouragingly.

"When I was younger, I was one of the only Asian kid in class and kids would say things that were hmm, ignorant? You know they'd repeat what they heard from adults and t.v but it still hurt. Teachers also used to assume that I knew answer to questions when I didn't. So it was really hard to ask for help, but I told my mum everything one day and she helped me a lot." He started talking a bit about himself, since he had promised to try to talk more about him so that Armies can get closer to him. He was a bit hesitant as he said these things but he felt a bit proud of himself for letting his fans into his past a bit.

when he ended the live, Sae-Jun patted him on the back. "You did good kid." He simply said as he gathered his work. "I didn't know that about you."

"Yeah, a lot of people didn't. I'm sure the members just found out today." Dawa looked down at his shoes.

"Now, should I drive you home? It's bit late to walk home and dark too. Cold as well, I don't want you to give up your jacket to someone and your shoes like the other time."

Dawa chuckled at the memory. At the time it had seemed like the right thing to do. It still did, to him, but he understood why it was a bit irresponsible of him.

When he got home, instead of sleeping, he had begun to make a list if the holiday shopping he had to do. And then when he couldn't fall asleep, he decided to draw a sketch of a picture of the rest of the members he had taken a while back. on his desk, he turned on his desk lamp and drawn until he eyes were too heavy. Namjoon's soft snores in the back ground rocking him to sleep.

The next morning, Namjoon woke and saw Dawa fast asleep and he had never seen Dawa so relaxed like this. When he was a wake, Dawa always had his guards up, walls surrounding him but now, he just looked like a boy sleeping with no worries. Namjoon took a picture of it and went to the kitchen to make himself and Dawa some tea. He decided to try drinking tea instead of coffee that morning.

"Dawa, we gotta go. I made you tea for you for when you're dressed and ready. I'm going to go wake the others up." Namjoon spoke gently as to not startle the sleeping member. Since that accident in the hotel, they had learned to gently wake Dawa up. One time Hobi had shaken Dawa awake and Dawa had instantly tried to punch Hobi out of reflex and fright. Luckily, Hobi dodged but Dawa had let out a horrible scream alarming all the other members. After that, Dawa had apologized for his "inappropriate" behavior but the rest of the members didn't blame him. And they learned that Dawa was still traumatized and had to be gentle with him.

"mmmk." Dawa slurred as he stretched.

"Morning Mum, Morning Essie, morning Army..."
