"Just take into account what I've said, Rudy," Briar spoke, her back against the door of the woman's dressing room. Scoffing, Rudy snapped her head around whilst toying with one of her braids, "I know you like to think that you're better than that but-"
"But nothing, Bri," the girl responded. Sighing, the woman walked further into her dressing room, pulling a chair from under one of the desks, taking a seat,
"I know exactly what he has planned, he's running down the entire thing with me. He's put you and her together because he told me you two would look good together for the promotional shots. This is Lewis fucking Carter we're talking about here, a very rich man with very good connections. You and her become a couple, the media will be all over you two," she hinted, "you'll be able to open the bar that you want and-"
"She's a nice girl, Bri," Rudy cut off, "and trust me, I'd love to have my own bar but I just don't think we'd make a good couple, she's not my type. I bet she doesn't even like me like that,"
"Well, you can find out for yourself then." Briar spoke, standing up, "you'd be a pretty stupid bitch to not take this deal, Rudy," she uttered before leaving the dressing room, slamming the door shut.

"Rin! It is so nice to finally get the chance to meet you in person!" Lewis exclaimed, rushing up to the girl whilst looking her up and down at her outfit. "You just look stunning! I knew as soon as I saw that dress that it was made for you," he commented. Rin was blown away upon seeing the raven-haired boy. Of course, she'd seen him in all the magazines in the entirety of the country, as she had done with the rest, however, there was just something about him that was different. She had read every single magazine article published with his name whenever she discovered he'd done another interview, and he was different. Rin's face grew red,
"I- I- thank you," she mumbled,
"No, thank you for deciding to do this job. I'm can lie to you and tell you that I wasn't jealous of Riley when I saw her campaign for her last collection," he admitted, causing Rin to laugh slightly, "is your hair natural?" he queried, Rin bringing a hand upwards to tug at a blue curl,
"No, no, my actual hair colour is brown," she admitted, "it would be cool to have blue hair, it would save me having to spend so much money on box dye," she told,
"Lord Francis, you do that with box dye?" Lewis exclaimed, "I would have thought you were going to the salon to get such a nice colour. I picked out all the clothes for you today, by the way, Rhys helped me as well," he informed, Rin cocking her head to the side,
"Like... your husband?"
"Well, he is the only Rhys I know in this company," Lewis joked, "I couldn't decide on some of the outfits so he helped me out,"
"Wow, it sounds like you went through a lot of effort for me,"
"Nonsense," he said, "it's my job to make you feel great in the clothes you're wearing, otherwise, you wouldn't be having fun," he spoke. Rin's tense posture softened upon hearing the man's words. Truth be told, all the other jobs she had been given by Briar, the clothing for her body type hadn't exactly been the... well, the nicest. Lewis held a genuine passion for the position he was in, and the further the girl pondered, the more she came to realise his influence on the company itself. "You do like the dress by the way, right?" he nervously chuckled, Rin hastily nodding her head, staring down at her outfit. A pale blue and white laced dress hugged her chubby figure, extenuating all the curves in all the right place. White laced gloves that rose to her elbow, alongside white chunky heels. "Good, thank the Lord!" he exclaimed clapping his hands together, glancing behind the girl, "also, I'll let you know beforehand, you'll be working with Rudy today." Rin held her breath, whilst staring dumbly at the man,
"H- Huh?" she choked out,
"I just had a feeling you and her would go together like two peas in a pod. Plus, I saw you talking to her before and-"
"Lewis! Rhys is on the phone!" A woman called from the makeup room, Lewis scoffing whilst shaking his head,
"You'd think I didn't have my phone, wouldn't you?" he grumbled, "I'll have to take this, but I know you and Rudy will make a cute pairing!" the boy told before rushing away from Rin, leaving her standing awkwardly.

Rudy trotted out of her dressing room, eyes scanning the room before seeing Rin sitting on one of the benches in the slightly crowded room. Heels clicking Rudy approached the younger girl, taking a seat beside her. Rin peered off into the distance, her clammy hands clamped together upon feeling the presence of the girl sitting beside her. Admittedly, the white gloves she had been given to wear weren't helping the situation. Inwardly, she had hoped the girl sitting beside her would decide to shuffle away slightly as, despite being in such an open space, she felt like a caged animal. "You're very quiet," Rudy commented, catching the sheepish girls attention. Slowly turning her head, her cheeks grew red when she saw the other staring directly at her, grinning brightly, "seems like that strawberry juice really does make you a different person," she added, her rose-shaped lips forming into a cheeky grin, Rin huffing deeply whilst glaring at the latter. Opening her mouth, Rin went to respond to the girl, however, was cut off when a shadow cast over the pair. Looking upwards, Rudy couldn't help but roll her eyes at the brunet-haired male who held a high posture alongside a smirk on his face. A little patch of stubble grew on the edge of his chin, his lips thickly moulded, his bottom lip jutting out ever so slightly,
"Rueben," Rudy spoke, crossing her arms. Rueben paid no attention towards her but rather Rin, the girl's head remaining bowed,
"Rin, I didn't think I'd be seeing you anytime soon. How come you haven't been returning any of my messages?" The man questioned, Rin slowly lifting her head to look at the man, gulping thickly,
"I- I haven't had the money to top up my messages," the girl explained, her sweaty palms landing on her knees, "and my wifi hasn't been working recently... something about construction in my area," she explained, glancing to the side where Rudy was sitting,
"Oh, I see," Rueben mumbled, scratching his forehead, "I didn't even take into account that might have been a possibility," he added, "To think I thought you were ignoring me," he scoffed, letting out a laugh. Rin followed along, a small, pitchy chuckle echoing,
"I would never do that, Rueben," she dryly spoke, whilst Rudy rolled her eyes,
"Alright, lover boy," she stated, "you've had your fun, besides, I think you're wanted for your shoot," the girl added, glaring at the boy. Stepping to the side so he was now in front of the sepia skinned female, he reached forward, grabbing one of her slightly thick braids, Rudy quick to smack his hand away. "And don't you dare touch my fucking hair," she huffed, Rueben holding his hands upwards, backing away whilst wearing a shit-eating grin,
"Well, I am sorry!" he exclaimed, glancing back at Rin, "message me when you're able to," Rueben demanded before turning on his heel, walking away from the two girls.
