Sneaking out

y/n's pov:

I pace around my room thinking of what I'm going to do. I check the time, 1:50 pm.

I still had 5 hours left till the carnival, so I decided to head downstairs since I had nothing to do. Making my way to the stairs I saw my brother playing with his toys. I peeked my head in his room...

y/n: "Hey."

Little brother: "Oh hi."

y/n: "Mind if I join?"

Little brother: "Yeah!"

I sit down on the floor and play with him.

Little brother: "Why were you yelling?"

y/n: "I- um... got in trouble."

Little brother: "What did you do?"

y/n: "It's nothing you need to worry about."

Little brother: "Oh okay. Can we watch a movie?"

y/n: "I don't think I can."

Little brother: "Why not?"

y/n: "Mom and Dad took all my devices, and I don't think they want me watching TV."

Little brother: "Oh."

y/n: "Hey, don't be sad! How about... the park?"

Little brother: "YES! Will Bella be there?!"

y/n: "I don't know. I don't have my phone to text them."

Little brother: "Oh okay."

Me and my brother get dressed and make our way downstairs.

Little brother: "Hey mom, me and y/n are going to the park!"

Mom: "Okay but be home by 3:30!"

y/n: "Alright bye mom."

Mom: "Bye! Have fun!"

We open the front door and make our way to the park.

y/n: "We're here."

My brother ran up to playground equipment and started playing. I sit down on the bench watching him play around. There wasn't anyone else at the park, just me and my brother. I was enjoying the weather and felt very relaxed.

After a while of being at the park, a guy comes and sits next to me...

Guy: "It's a beautiful day, isn't it?"

y/n: "Uh...y-yeah."

Guy: "Not as beautiful as you."

WHAT THE FUCK!!!

Guy: "You here with anyone?"

WHO SAYS THAT KINDA SHIT!!!???

I felt uncomfortable so I said...

y/n: "Yeah, I'm here with my boyfriend."

Guy: "Oh really? I don't see him."

Shit. Shit. SHIT!

???: "y/n?"

I turned around to see Chris.

OH, THANK GOD!

I grabbed Chris's hand, pulling him down to sit next to me.

y/n: "See, here is my boyfriend!"

Guy: "Oh I'm sorry."

The guy immediately gets up walking away.

Chris: "What was that about."

y/n: "I don't know some guy asked me if I was alone and I said I was with my boyfriend. He didn't believe me until you came, so thanks!"
