Twelve (part 2)

It is already 4 pm at Stefan's apartment, he want to contact Irene but didn't know the phone number of the girl next door, he also asked Chris to ask for the phone number of the girl next door to her manager. After 10 minutes waiting for Chris's information, he finally gets it and now his other obstacle is to call that girl without making any feeling awkward. 

He exhaled and sat down in his living room tv before pressing the call button. "Stefan, just act like a man," he slap his thigh to keep calm then he press the call button and hear the phone ringing. After a while he hears a girl's voice that he recognizes

"hello"

he clear his throat "hello, is this Irene Williams?"

"Yes, this is Irene, who is this?"

"it's Stefan" there is a silent after he answer his name

"Williams, are you still there?"

"y — yes, I — I'm still here, sorry Stefan. What's up?"

"I just want to call you, I mean I want to tell you that the dinner invitation still available and I'll knock your door at 7 pm"

"Oh, yes. I'll get ready now"

Stefan didn't realize that he smile when hear Irene's voice "take your time and don't rush yourself"

Irene laughs through their call "okay Stefan, I'm not. Thanks for calling me, see you tonight"

"yes" and he end the call like that, he was also getting ready to pick up Irene, before that he sent a message to Chris to take his car to his apartment cause he wants to drive his own car, actually he didn't expect anything from this dinner, it's just that this is the first time since breaking up with Jessica, he went to dinner without a manager or Robert beside him.

He goes to take a shower and relax his body muscles which had been tense just to make a phone call with Irene earlier. after he took a shower, using a towel around his waist to cover him up, he saw Chris's message that his car was already in the parking lot of his apartment, he left his key to the guard and then he saw a message from Irene asking where they would have dinner, he immediately answered the message the girl answered "secret, you will find out later, Williams" while smiling then Stefan shook his head so he would wake up from his daydreaming. He immediately goes to his wardrobe room to see what kind of outfit matches tonight's dinner, he takes off his white T-shirt and his favorite blue jeans from his wardrobe because summer's night hit Long beach.

It was six pm and Stefan was already at the door of the girl's apartment next door, he calming himself down not to be too tense or too awkward when he was talking to the girl, after a few minutes, he knocked on the girl's door. The door opens up and there is the girl who he's waiting for, Irene wearing a nice white dress with a blue denim jacket on it and white wedges making her look taller. She look at him and she is shock to see him dress like that "oh, I think we got the perfect match outfit" she smiling and take her mini bag, Stefan can't say any word like his mouth and brain can't function properly, after he heard the lock sound then he says

"you look good with that"

"thanks Stefan"

Then Stefan escort her to his car that was parked in front of the apartment building. They went to a restaurant that only Stefan knew and Irene enjoyed the night view of the Long Beach area. The atmosphere in the car was very quiet without any conversation between the two people, only the sound of the radio playing the music of a female singer with the title 'Style'.
