Edward's P.O.V:

Our family has been thinking a lot since we came to know how bad the wolves would suffer if they get captured by the Amentes.

We couldn't find it in our cold frozen hearts to put them in any more danger.  Our plan was etched in silence, every step towards the Amentes' stronghold marked by the rugged terrain that seemed almost sentient, as if challenging our resolve. Alden, our unlikely guide, led us through the dense forest, his knowledge of hidden paths invaluable. The decision to exclude Jacob's pack was mine; the cost of their involvement, too steep to bear. We didn't discuss our plans even with Bella, we couldn't risk this.

Under the veil of night, the Cullens, with Alden's guidance and Casper at their side, prepared for the decisive strike against the Amentes. Casper, a seasoned warrior with a keen strategic mind, had devised the plan alongside Jasper, ensuring that each member's strengths were utilized to maximum effect.

Casper's presence was reassuring, his confidence infectious. His partnership with Jasper was evident, their movements synchronized, a testament to countless battles fought side by side. The plan was simple yet daring: infiltrate the stronghold, neutralize the Amentes leaders, and destroy the source of their power. Casper and Jasper led the frontal assault, their prowess in combat unsettling the Amentes' ranks, creating an opening for Edward and the others to penetrate the fortress's defenses.

The dense forest that surrounded the Amentes' stronghold seemed to conspire with them, its shadows masking their approach, its sounds covering their movements.

Alden stopped us at the edge of a clearing, beyond which lay the Amentes' fortress. It was an imposing structure, carved from the very rock of the mountainside, lit by torches that flickered like the very fire they sought to extinguish. "This is it," Alden whispered, his voice a mix of resolve and regret. "The heart of their power. But remember, the Amentes are not just warriors; they are people, misled by their leaders' visions of supremacy."

As we neared the enemy's lair, my mind became a battlefield of its own. The thoughts of the Amentes warriors buzzed like a swarm of bees, too numerous to count, their individual fears and resolves melding into a cacophony only I could hear. Amidst this chaos, a faint echo of sorrow caught my attention — Zayne's mind. It was laced with fear and regret of being captured that resonated with my own, a reminder of the costs of this war.

Casper, a silent shadow beside me, seemed to understand the gravity of what lay ahead. Our advance was cautious, the stronghold's ancient magic making our every step a gamble. The innermost wing loomed before us, its door a barrier to the unknown. I could hear the multitude within, a chorus of thoughts that both guided and overwhelmed me. Their numbers were formidable, each mind a whisper in the dark.

We split into groups, each tasked with a specific objective. Emmett and Jasper, leveraging their strength and strategic acumen, would disable the perimeter defenses. Rosalie and Alice, with their speed and foresight, were to secure the main gates, preventing any escape or reinforcements. Carlisle and Esme, embodying the heart and soul of their family, would infiltrate the fortress to find and neutralize the Amentes' leaders, hoping to bring a swift end to the conflict without unnecessary bloodshed.

The task of penetrating the inner most wing with warriors was tasked to me and Casper, my mind reading along with his clairvoyance would be very helpful. Jasper laid out the entire plan.

Jasper's plan, meticulously crafted for stealth and precision, came to life as we executed each step with a predator's grace. Emmett and Jasper, like forces of nature, dismantled the Amentes' outer defenses with a ferocity that left no room for counterattack. Rosalie and Alice, swift as the wind, secured the gates, their actions a blur to both friend and foe, ensuring no Amentes warrior could flee nor reinforcements arrive.

Carlisle and Esme, the moral compasses of our family, moved deeper into the stronghold. Their mission was critical: to find and neutralize the Amentes' leaders without unnecessary violence. Their approach was one of surgical precision, aimed at ending the conflict with as little bloodshed as possible.

Meanwhile, Casper and I navigated the labyrinthine corridors of the inner sanctum, our steps silent amidst the echo of distant chaos. My mind was awhirl with the thoughts of our enemies, their numbers overwhelming, yet amongst the cacophony, I discerned their tactical layout, their fears, and their determination. Casper's battle instincts, honed through countless conflicts, guided us unerringly towards our goal.

The climax of our infiltration came unexpectedly. As we rounded a corner, the door to the Amentes' innermost chamber stood ominously open. Heartbeats synced, Casper and I paused, the weight of our mission pressing down upon us. Within, I could sense a multitude of minds, their thoughts a tangled weave of strategy and survival.

And then, stepping into the chamber, we came face to face with the Amentes alpha. His presence commanded the room, a leader not by mere strength but by the loyalty he inspired. The confrontation was not one of immediate violence but of palpable tension, a standoff where the next moments would decide the fates of all involved.

Hope you guys would love this.

Until next time. Bye peeps.
