"Har apartment shoot up eno bro" Oshane said walking in taking a sheet adjacent to the sofa I was seated on.

Silence enveloped us for a good minute or so.

I nodded in understanding.

"Mek we less of a specific suspect other people wan kill har"

"Yuh oman get shoot up to."

"Who Tash? Mcheeww fuck she bro unu find out a who?"

He nodded signaling no.

"Nuh bullet nuh left deh nida"

A who suh smart?

"Tasheika dead?"

"No, but dem fuck har up wicked, wicked." He answered taking another puff from his weed

A sumn we fi worry bout?

"Suh a which eediat come fi kill Jada and shoot up Tash instead."

"Probably accident"

"Probably not"

"Hear weh me a tell yuh fi do now...Mek sure she and har parents dead by tomorrow "

My eyes squinted due to immediate  contact with the sun that peered through the slightly parted curtains.

The bed felt empty. I heard the inaudible sound of his deep voice and my assumptions were confirmed.

After using the restroom I went out to look for Vladimir when my eye caught the bunch of keys that were placed on a key holder.

This one specific key looked oddly familiar.

My attention went back to the sound of Vladimir's voice recognizing the change in his language which signalled he was on a phone call.

Well, obviously we were the only people in the house.

I hope.

he didn't sound like he was near finished with his conversation  so I quietly made my way back into the room rummaging through my luggage for my key.

Upon finding it, I semi ran back to hall with the bunch of keys.

Quietly taking off the bunch of keys from the key holder I placed my house key beside the one that looked awfully familiar.

And oddly enough, they looked identical, same patterns and all.

My attention went back Vladimir's voice before tip toeing back to the room and taking taking the key from the bunch.
