"Mr Tsuragamae sir, is it really okay that I'm here? I mean, I don't mean to intrude--" she started off but the large half human half canine cut her off. His name is Tsuragamae Kenji, the Chief of Police Force of Hosu city
"Nonsense, they are your friends. You have every right to see them as I, but let these two gentlemen in first-woof." she couldn't help but sweat a bit
'Woof...?' she stepped to the side as she let Manual & Gran Torino in before her, she took a deep breath before a small smile graced her lips as she crossed her arms. She could just hear Midoriya's happy tone in his voice but frowned a bit when Iida's voice held somewhat regret, she shook her head
"That moron." she whispered "When I get my hands on him..."
"No violence in this hospital, Jitami." she nodded
"I know."
"-- but before that, you've got a few visitors." she heard the old man say, she looked up & saw that Tsuragamae had walked into the room so she sneakily walked in after him but decided to stand behind him "Hosu's Chief of Police Force, Tsuragamae Kenji." she then popped her head out from beside him & waved
"I'm also here."
"E-Eh! Chris-san?!"
"Hey~" she smiled before moving beside Tsuragamae with her hands behind her back, Todoroki & Iida stood up & Midoriya goes to too but Tsuragamae stopped him from doing so
"Oh, you can just stay seated-woof." she giggled when she saw the look on his face "You must be the other U.A students that took down the Hero Killer before young Jitami here, right?"
"Yes." Iida answered
"Regarding the Hero Killer we arrested... he had fairly serious injures , with burns & broken bones, & is receiving serious treatment under strict guard-woof. Since you are U.A students, I'm sure you already know when superpowers were still becoming the norm the police attached high importance to leadership & standards & made sure that quirks were not used as weapons. & then the profession of "hero" emerged & filled the gap. For an individual's use of force & power can easily kill others-- actions that would normally be appropriate to denounce-- to be accepted officially is thanks to heroes that follow the ethics & rules of the profession-woof." Chris closed her eyes as she looked down at the ground "Even up against the Hero Killer, for uncertified individuals to cause injury with their quirks, without specific instructions from their guardians or clear supervisors is clear violation of the rules." Todoroki took a step forward as he gestured to Chris
"But what about--"
"Before she came to the scene, she was given permission by Micro that she was allowed to fight." she looked up at them
"Its true... even if it wasn't just the Hero Killer, he was indicating to any villain that came across my vision, & he happened be one." Tsuragamae nodded his head before looking at them again
"The three of you, & the pro heroes Endeavor, Manual & Gran Torino must receive strict punishment." she sighed again & looked to the side but snapped back up when Todoroki gave an icy cold glare to Tsuragamae
"Wait just a minute." Midoriya looked back at him "If Iida hadn't done anything Native would've been killed. If Midoriya hadn't have come they both would've been killed. No one realized that the Hero Killer had appeared. Are you saying that we should've followed the rules & watched people get killed?" Todoroki takes another step as the sunlight glared into Chris's glasses so you couldn't see her eyes
