Blanket

A/N: THE PICTURE IS SO CUTE I AM DEAD. OKAY ON TO THE STORY!

Sakura Haruno accidentally dropped a cockroach killer spray, which exploded in her room, causing the room to be fumigated of cockroach spray, thus making her apartment unable to sleep in or she'd die. Fortunately her neighbor/crush, Sasuke Uchiha witnessed the entire event.

So being the gracious neighbor he was, he let her stay the night in his apartment. Also, because he had a crush on his pink haired, short tempered but sweet next door neighbor. 

Both felt the awkwardness and tension in the air. So Sasuke did one thing to ease it.

"Lets take a shower!" He exclaimed. Sasuke mentally nodded. If taking a shower would separate one person from the room, they're wouldn't be as a much...weirdness in the air. But it seems like it did anything but, because Sakura thought of the suggestion entirely different. 

If it had been any other man instead of Sasuke, she would have beat up the man. But in front of Sasuke, she blushed to the extent of a tomato. Sasuke realized what he said and quickly tried to recorrect his mistake.

"Uh.. I-I m-mean th-aa-t you t-take one f-ir-rst, not... W-well you know wh-h-at I mean." Sasuke stuttered out. Oh god, you stuttering idiot! Where has all your cool gone? Sasuke mentally yelled at himself. 

"Um, okay, thats okay. Okay!" Sakura blurted out and gave a thumbs up. Channaro! What was that, you idiot! Sakura screamed at herself. Sakura and Sasuke were blushing madly. Sasuke mentally took a deep breath and tried his best to calm his nerves. He went over to his dresser, took out one of his night shirts and pants.

"Here, use this to change in." Sasuke's voice wavered with slight nervousness as Sakura took the clothes from him. As she did, her hand gently brushed on his fingers. A shock of electricity coursed through both of them and they quickly yanked their hands. Sakura quickly hurried to the shower, leaving Sasuke alone. To be honest, he took a shower already. He was outside because he wanted some milk pudding, and when he came in, he saw Sakura's' incident.

Ten minutes passed by and Sakura came out of the bathroom, sighing at how nice the shower was and rubbed her head with a little towel. Sasuke stared at Sakura longer then he really needed to, and she blushed at his intense gaze at her.

Sasuke was staring at her because she looked so cute. Who knew his t-shirt and pants would look so...so cute on her.

"Eh, Sasuke? Are you okay?" Sakura said quietly, while looking at him. He shook himself out of his fantasy and blushed madly.

"Y-yeah, I-I'm okay. Um, you can use my bed, I'll use this sleeping bag." Sasuke said as he went to grab his sleeping bag from his cupboard. It wasn't the best thing, but he had a guest and should really let her use the bed.

"No way! I'd feel so guilty! Let me use the sleeping bag!" Sakura said

"But you're not used to it. Are you sure? You will feel really uncomfortable. I really think you should use the bed." Sasuke retorted.

"No, seriously, let me use the sleeping bag." Sakura said with a finality in her voice.

 To emphasize her point, she grabbed his hand. Sasuke looked at Sakura and saw that she was insistent. So he gave her the sleeping bag, closed the lights and got into his bed.

It wasn't even five minutes that Sakura began to move uncomfortably in the bag. Sasuke was getting annoyed by her constant turning and tossing and after a couple minutes, he sighed out in anger.

"If your that uncomfortable, just get in bed with me!"

Again, Sasuke mentally yelled at himself. It was silent in the room as Sakura rose up, put the sleeping bag back in the cupboard and crawled into Sasuke's bed, going at the very edge. Both of their hearts were beating so fast, they might've popped out.

Soon, the two began to relax. Sakura pulled the blanket a little closer so she'd feel a little warmer. On Sasuke's side, the blanket was yanked off, leaving him shivering in the cold. He growled in annoyance and yanked back his part of the blanket. Which then left Sakura's side with no covers and she shivered in the cold. She mumbled in annoyance and yanked back more for her side.

This went back and forth for 10 minutes until Sasuke yanked all of the blankets over. Which included Sakura. Which meant she rolled straight into Sasuke's arms. Sakura was pressed up right into Sasuke's body. They stayed like that for a little while. Then Sasuke put his arms around Sakura. The he began to speak.

"You know, even when you act a little weird, you like to help others out. You're sweet and kind and right now you smell like cherry blossoms, which is weird since I don't have any cherry blossom soap. You're short tempered but your honest. You even make really good food! So um... this is a weird place to confess.. but I love you. I love every little thing about you. So can I please, hold you like this longer?" Sasuke ended his confession. Sakura was shocked by his confession. Then she smiled and wrapped her arms around him. Sasuke was shocked by her action but allowed her to do so.

"Well, you're a little cold. A little mean. You act very childish. But I love that about you. Your sweet even when people don't really realize it. You are loving and kind and nice and everything more. I love you every little thing about you. I love you too." Sakura said into Sasuke's chest. Then she raised her head up and kissed his lips. Sasuke passionately kissed back.

"I've been wanting to do that for so long." Sakura mumbled, then looked up at Sasuke. The moonlight was flowing though the window and she saw Sasuke smile.

"I have too." Then they kissed even more.

 After 20 minutes of a heated make out session, they drifted off to sleep, still in each others arms. What did you think they did?

This idea was based off a a Netflix Japanese romantic comedy, Good Morning Call. Its a cute show about two high schoolers having to live together because of a scam and the have to keep it a secret. If not, they'll be kicked out of school! Later on they fall in love. After a couple adventures, they have to move out and become neighbors. In this oneshot, I made Sasuke Hiashi Uehara and Sakura was Nao Yoshikawa. In the real show, they confess in the first season but here, I made them confess in a scene that happened in the show. Watch the trailers, its cute and will explain a little bit!
