being little in public can be hard, but with your caregiver it's easier! use these tips for when you're out in the world, but still the squishy cute smol bean that you are!

1. if you're in a restaurant, order something juvenile. chicken nuggets, juice, stuff like that can help you feel smaller.

2. getting into the car, you can ask your caregiver (or whoever's there with you) to buckle your seatbelt for you. this is a great way to feel small in those situations.

3. wear something that makes you feel cute, a skirt or a ribbon, you could even carry around a coloring book and say it's a de-stressor. lots of adults color for anxiety, and it's a good example because people usually don't ask questions about it.

4. hold your caregiver's hand! this is probably the simplest, and people won't question it.

5. you can go to parks or other places, like cute stores in the mall. this helps me when i'm little in public too :)
