Chapter 52: Another Contract Summon

They finish the test with flying colors. What do you expect? With the help of their pagodas and knowledge of modern era, they can be quite knowlegable. But they don't know that they all just assume.

The test is still not really ended.

Just as they went inside the Scarlett Academy, a large explosion happens to them. 15 people who pass the third test was beung swallowed by the black hole after the explosion.

"Welcome to the fourth and final test my dear, students. Lets see if you can still manage to passed this," an insane voice said.

"Wait what? I thought the test is only divided into 3?" Fan Qingyou ask. She was too tured from the last test then another test will come again? She was not with Feng Guan Xi so she felt scared.

She actually regretting to enter this hell hole but what do she expect? The Scarlett Academy rarely accept 5 above student every 3 years. All of then are the best of the rest. The highest student they accept so far is 4.

"Well, it was a secret test, dear. This are the reason why the Academy only accepted 4 below student every three years because we pressure them greatly. Anyone who will not pass this test will forgot the 4th test after it was done," all the 15 participants shivered. Well except to Zexel's group.

It might be an individual test so they will not hild back.

Zexel didn't see this coming. There is a lot of monster she had been killed from one another. It seems like they are spawning so much.

The voice told them to discover the real goal so they can pass the test. She still had no idea what she needs to do.

Then another monster appeared to her front. So he infused some qi to her fist and punch the monster.

Its been an hour since she was delivered here and all she did was to kill.

She pant and a lot of sweats was dripping so much from her body. She felt so stinky so she run and find some river.

After just 10 minutes, she manage to smile and wash herself.

"Tulong! Pakiusap tulungan niyo ako!" (Help! Help me please!) A voice shouted. This knitted the brows of Zexel. Did she just heard someone?

He swim the river and find the voice. Still shouting the same phrases. She don't know if it was a human or something.

"May tao ba diyan? May naririnig akong yabag. Kung sino ka man, pakiusap tulungan mo ako," (Is anyone there? I heard some footstep. Whoever you are, please help me,) Zexel cried some cries. It seems that this creature she heard who beg some help is too desperate.

"Teka! Ikaw ba 'yung naririnig ko? Oh! Nakalimutan ko! Hindi mo pala ako maiintindihan. Bakit ba ang tanga ko?" (Wait, you're the one I heard a while ago? Oh! I forgot, you can't understand me. Why I am stupid?) Zexel saw who ever made the noise. It is an identified creatures.

It has a tail like a mermain but also had a pair of legs and arms. It had four eyes, two mouth and a wings. It skin was color purple and had a long hair that reach its back.

"Naiintindihan kita," (I can understand you) Zexel said. The creature widen its eyes and cried.

"Mabuti naman! Nagpapasalamat akong naiintindihan mo ako. Pakiusap, tulungan mong tanggalin ang malaking bato na ito sa buntot ko, handa akong maglinkod sa iyo!" (Good to hear! I'm thankful that you can understand me. Please help me to remove the big rock on my tail, I will serve you willingly,) the creature said.

Zexel eyed the creature's tail and see that it was bleeding. She sigh and swim near to the creature. Then with the help of her qi infused  fist, she manage to broke the big rock.

Then she use her qi to heal the tail of the said creature.

"Salamat," (Thank you) the creature whisper with sincerity.

"Anong tawag sa uri niyo?" (What was your kind called of?) Zexel ask the creature look down, embarassed to a human who was in her front.

"Kami ay isang Panggetsa Nigesuntu isang nilalang na pinagsama mula sa sirena, tao, at Engkantong may pakpak. Maaari kaming maglakbay gamit ang himpapawid, tubig o kahit sa lupa. Kasing bilis kami ng tunog. Maaari rin kaming magamit bilang tagapagpadala ng salita o maging tulong sa iyo,"
(We are a Panggetsa Nigesuntu a breed of human, mermaid, and sprite. We can travel thru water, land, or even air. We are as fast as sound. We can be a useful messenger and aid.) the creature explain.

"Ganoon ba? Wala ka bang pamilya?" (Is that so? Don't you have a family?) Zexel curiously ask. The creature shake its head.

"Ako na ang huli sa aming uri. May mga grupo na hindi naman alam kung saan nangaling ang humahabol sa akin. Kinukuha nila kami at dinadala sa hindi namin alam na lugar. Pagkatapos noon ay hindi na namin alam kung ano ang nangyari sa kauri namin. Patay na ang lahat at nakatakas lamang ako dahil sa aking magulang," (I am the last one in our kind. There is a certain group that we don't know where they came from that hunts me. They take the others and put them to unknown place where we cannot find them. After that, we really don't know what happen to them. All of my kind are dead. I just escape because of the effort of my parents,) Zexel took pity to the creature called Panggetsa Nigesuntu. It will be useful to her so she will take the contract.

"Makikipagkontrata ako sa iyo. 'Wag kang mag-alala, poprotektahan kita sa mga humahabol sa iyo," (I'll sign a contract with you. Don't worry, I will protect you to the group who hunts you) Zexel reassured the creature. The creature's eyes sparkle and smile. Then the contract signing was done immediately. Zexel put the creature to her pagoda and continue to wash her body.

Fun Fact.

Panggetsa Nigesuntu- (Pang-get-sa Ni-ge-sun-tu) it was a creature I created so if you research about it. You'll never see one. Just imagine a lizard who become a human and had a wings. That was what I portray about this creatures.

Just remember, its tail looks like the tail of mermaids then had the body of human and had a thin wings like the wings of fairy. Its skin tone is color Purple and you cannot Identify its gender since he neither had a male private part nor female private part.

How did I came up to this name?

My sister and my brother had a conversation about the anime called Naruto Shippuden. They are arguing about how Itachi counter the genjutsu which was (pangkontra ng genjutsu) in tagalog as my brother say. We just don't know how my sister came up to that word which was jumbled of the said word. We jusr laugh that time and complete forgot the conversation thet got until the next day.
