Daksh held Rutuja's hand and squeezed it slightly.

"Leave my hand," she commanded, as she struggled against his tight grasp.

"Don't you think you hang out too much with that guy," he muttered, leaning closer to her.

"None of your business," she snapped, looking into his eyes.

"It is my business. Dad said you are my responsibility."

"I am my responsibility, Mister Daksh Rajwansh," she said and freed her hand from his grip. "He asked you to help me when I need it, and I don't need your help."

Just then, Daksh heard a voice.

"Daksh, come here this instant," said the voice in his head.

Daksh at once recognized the voice and walked out of Rutuja's bedroom.

Daksh materialized in front of Azazel, who lounged on his ornate throne placed in the midst of a dilapidated castle. He surveyed the surroundings and took a step forward.

The air was dank, and the odor of decaying onions permeated it. Daksh's foot struck a rock, and he stumbled, grabbing onto a slimy wall for support. He caught sight of Azazel on the throne, his eyes shut.

"You summoned me, master," Daksh said as he stood before Azazel.

"Daksh," said Azazel in a husky voice, still with his eyes closed. "I believe it's time you knew the truth."

"The truth, master?" Daksh inquired, confused.

"About your mother, Tara," Azazel began. "She was killed by the book."

Daksh repressed his tears and balled his fists. He took a deep breath and closed his eyes for a moment.

Azazel stood up from his throne and approached Daksh. "Your mother, Tara, died because the book allowed it to happen," he explained.

Daksh looked up at Azazel, meeting his gaze for the first time. Daksh had always kept his head bowed in Azazel's presence.

Azazel placed a comforting hand on Daksh's shoulder. "The book had the power to save her, to give her a new life, but it didn't. However, I can bring her back if you want," he offered.

Daksh's eyes filled with tears, and he lowered his head. "I will do anything for my mother," he said.

"Then, help the five learn the powers from the book, and be their guide," said Azazel, squeezing Daksh's shoulders. "Bring them to me once they have mastered all the powers, and together, we will bring Tara back to life," he whispered in Daksh's ear.

"I will do as you say," Daksh said, determinedly.
