Garrett Ellington Conway shifted his steady gaze between Frederick White and me, before he finally fixed it on me quizzically. "You know him too?"

I gaped in surprise at him as I nodded in response.

What... what the heck were we doing here?!

From before me, both men seemed to read my very obvious expression, as Freddie kept his wide smile at me, and gestured at us. "Come inside, my loves. We have some long chitchat waiting for us!"

We followed him, and I took a seat while Garrett Ellington remained standing up, observing the place silently.

Taking a seat on one of his styling chairs, Freddie pulled out a small mirror, eyeing his looks left and right as he applied some lip butter to keep his look fresh.

Then, he looked up at the younger Ellington for a second, before snapping his look back to the mirror. "So, how's your brother? He wasn't very responsive when I visited him days ago. Barely glanced at me." He pouted; his look turning dark.

My heart sank at his words, as my thoughts wandered to the last time I saw the man in question.

I bit my lips, fixing Garrett with my clearly concerned gaze.

He didn't seem much moved with my and Freddie's gazes, as he just fixed his harsh gaze at nothing in particular, as he crossed his hands before his chest, shrugging. "Am not the best person to ask about this. I just know he's alive." He spoke darkly.

My heart kept on clenching as I gulped, "Was he... admitted out?"

From before me, the young Ellington didn't seem moved with the chat. "Yes, he should be in the estate by tonight." He murmured, shifting his gaze between Freddie and I.

"And so should you."

A few silent seconds passed, and no one spoke or commented.

Until my eyes widened slowly.

And what he said started sinking... in.

I gasped, "Wh-Excuse me?! What... did you say?!"

The fashion stylist laughed loudly in turn, as he stretched and started moving into the salon, "Aye, Cherry, come here love!"

I frowned at Garrett, keeping my gaze into him in an attempt to have him explain what he meant. He didn't even budge, as expected from an Ellington, then he started moving behind Freddie. "Come, we don't have much time here."

I followed him cautiously, and Freddie stood inside with his measurements set.

He approached me, grabing my hand gently as he dragged me in. "Come on, gurl!" He purred, "Let's turn you into this masterpiece I have in mind!"

My eyes widened, as he started taking my measurements from shoulders, to chest, waist, hips, and legs. I bit my lips in self-consciousness, attempting to keep my cool until he's done so I can ask what is going on.

This patience soon ran out though, when he moved up.

To my face.

He held something that I honestly could not describe much. It had a round shape, and openings for my nose, lips, and eyes. Gazing into it, I could see some kind of... markings? Like... like those used for a ruler?!
