Avengers Always Running

Ch. 26 "Fun"

                                                             Jax POV 

I was currently Laying on Wade's couch, my hands linked behind my head as I had my foot flat on the couch as my other leg crossed over my knee and bouncing, 

I was smirking thinking about the chase me and lover boy had, sure it was fun, and I ended up surprising him, by tackling him and straddling him lifting up the bottom half of his mask and kissing him again, making him lay there in shock, 

It was rather entertaining, 

I hear the door unlock and open, 

Wade turns on the light, 

"You really should learn to lock your windows," I said 

This caused Wade to scream like a girl, 

"Jax! don't do that!" He said 

I smirked and sat up, 

"Where the hell have you been lurking?" He asked taking off his mask, 

"Oh you know, Avengers had me under house arrest, got tired of it, and here I am," I said 

He chuckled, 

"You and Nat?" He asked, 

"Good I guess," I said with a shrug, 

He chuckled, 

"I'm guessing settling things the assassin way," He said 

I nodded, 

"I bet they are freaking out right about now," I said smirking, 

                                      Nat POV 

Peter was sitting on the couch with his head down explaining everything to us, I had my arms crossed, 

"So you went after her without any kind of back up?" Tony said not sounding happy, 

"I thought I could handle her," Peter mumbled, 

"No offense kid, but she's a highly trained assassin it was a bad idea," Bucky said 

I nodded, 

"She said if I could catch her, she would stay here and without a fuss," He said 

"And if you were to lose?" Clint said 

"I had to explain how she escaped," He mumbled again, 

"Kid is smart that's for sure," Tony said 

I nodded, 

"Now were back to square one," I said not too happy, 

I went to leave, 

"Where are you going?" Bucky asked 

"Too look for her," I said 

"How?" Tony said 

"The traditional way, look," I said 

"We'll go with you," Bucky said 

Steve, and Clint nodded as well, 

We walked out of the tower to start our search for Jax, hopefully she isn't getting into too much trouble, I thought, 

                                                 Jax POV 

"So wanna go have some fun?" I asked sitting on his counter, 

"Hey get your little butt off my counter," He said 

I rolled my eyes jumping off the counter, 

"What kind of fun are we talking," He asked 

I smirked, 

"Our kind of fun," I said 

"Oh I love where this is going," He said smirking
