It was finally time for the Chunin exams, they would be happening soon and I couldn't help but feel absolutely excited. I had been training all the years leading up to this for a reason, This time I wouldn't hold back. Like Hatsume Mei I would also be advertising my 'babies', My sealwork and scrolls. I had been training with Izumo and Kotetsu during the day on top of creating scrolls and seals at night.

Kakashi had called us for a multitude of missions that morning. They were quite simple tasks such as weeding gardens, walking dogs and cleaning the trash from the river.

The masked man had been nothing but a dead weight on all of the team missions we were called to go on. I had been going on additional missions for the extra cash and gave me a great reputation with the civilians.

I walked silently behind Naruto and Sasuke as they bantered about nothing in particular, In the end we took our separate paths, I felt a familiar Chakra signature in a nearby tree.

"Come out of the tree's Kakashi, Tardiness often robs us of opportunity, and the dispatch of our forces." I emphasised with a scowl on my face. Inner giggled in my head and couldn't help but drool at the idea of being able to use quotes and calling them ours.

'We will be the wisest of all the elemental nations!'

"Maa, you have a sharp tongue Sakura-Chan!" Kakashi appeared as he gave me a closed eye smile.

I scoffed and tied my hair into a ponytail, narrowing my eyes at the silver-haired man in annoyance. Once I dropped my arms my right hand immediately went to the scroll case that I carried with me. I felt the familiar hum of Kubikiribocho as I brushed its case, I tensed as a large hand fell on my shoulder. I turned around to face whoever dared to touch my shoulder and narrowed my eyes. Kakashi narrowed his eyes back and grabbed my wrist, tugging me aside forcefully.

"What do you want?" I asked, my tone clearly agitated and my eyes gleaming in anger.

"You haven't been training with the team Sakura-Chan, You will not get anywhere if you don't join in on team training. I also have not permitted you to start going on missions by yourself. I hope you understand but I am going to have to suspend you from the team. You will not last very long out in the world without us, so just join in! I also noticed that you haven't been calling me Sensei" Kakashi spoke in a tone that bordered on demanding. I felt rage crawl up inside of my head and I saw red, I counted to ten and cleared my thoughts before replying.

"I have not been training with the team because I am not treated like a team member, If you really want me to survive out in the real world you would have trained me. Instead you focus on Sasuke and Naruto because they are stronger. Uchiha have the Sharingan and the Uzumaki have naturally large chakra reserves. Since you must not see any potential in me you would rather train them. If you want me to survive in the world as a Kunoichi you would train me, I shouldn't have to fight for a spot to be trained. So sure, go ahead. Take me off the team I don't care. Because after the Chunin exams I am leaving anyway." I yelled, the anger slowly starting to drip away, My chest felt five times lighter with that confession.

"And I will never call you Sensei because you haven't earned it. I hope you understand but I am no fool, Don't judge me based on my appearance or your preconceptions"

I didn't have the patience to look back at the masked man as I ran away towards the spiking chakra of Naruto.

When I arrived a brunette with purple face paint held up a small boy by his scarf, I smirked at the scene and watched as Naruto stood there.

"That's the grandson of the current Hokage. It would be a shame if you caused a conflict between the villages." I called out to the male and watched as he glanced at me looking conflicted in his actions. My smirk became more apparent when I felt the ravenettes agitated glare.
