TRAVELER'S BREATHING STYLE || ONE PIECE X READER

A kid who's around 12 years old bid her farewell to the island that she grow without anyone to see her off. The island that was lively enough to make every night shine like a day. A laughter of the children every morning whenever they play, the anger of a wife scolding her husband for drinking a lot eventually vanish. She remember it well, that time when everything around her was completely gone.

A deadly, decease spread like a wildfire to her hometown and sadly she's the only survivor. Was it luck? When the decease spreads she happen to be in the ocean and trying to catch some fish to have at least to eat for their dinner once she came however tragedy happens. She was blessed with a high sense of nose, she could smell the toxic in the air imitating in the island. Her mother told her not to get closed and stay away as much as possible and she did. Afraid to make her mother angry she stared at her mother who slowly taking her last breathes.

She stayed 1 week in the ocean, no food and water. Still staring to her mother who that slowly rotting in the sand. She cried but she knows she can't do anything. The day that the toxic air cleared as if nothing happens. She approach the island and saw all of her family members, friends, and neighbors laying on the floor also slowly rotting.

Her mind were blank as she pick up the shovels and started digging grades in the top of the mountain. This goes on until every corpses in the islands are buried. An 8 year old girl cried at the graves of her family until she's tired and eventually passed out.

One thing she knew that the crops was not damage because of the toxic gas was she knew is entirely not possible unless it was a man-made experiment toxic gas. After burying the dead of her people, she start going around the island  to investigate at least and there she was on the cave higher than any other. She remember the warning of the elder to do not go in the cave since it was dangerous, however who will warn her now? All of them are dead.

Y/n enters the cave and there she discovered, a old but big ship. She enters the ship. The modeled was not something she seen before. It was extraordinary. It amaze her so she admire it a little longer until her feet brought her to where a opened treasure chest is. She saw three children  who's already rotten. This is where it hit her. The chest was the source of the toxic gas that killed thousand of people.

She now, no longer feel any resentment. She convince herself that the dead of a thousand people was an accident. She bury the three other children where the rest of thee towns people are.  She again, came back to the ship. She discovered various of things in the ship.

First the ship is so modern that it has a different source of power to move instead of the wind. She doesn't know what is it. Second, the power source has a manual on how to make it so in case the power runs out you could make spares. Third, it was not made for a pirate ship instead she discovered it was for traveling. Fourth, the ship is stable and as if it was new when she cleans it. It takes months to clean the whole ship inside out. And lastly she discovered bunch of books about devil fruits,  swords, and haki.

Checking everything the ship has and replacing it took years for her small body to finish. During that time too, she discovered a book about breathing styles. It's a sword style that was new for her but she tried it. She also tried the thing the call haki.

Luck was on her side, she mastered it faster than she anticipated. When she was 10 years old she could wield a sword she also discovered in the ship looking untouched, and mastering armament haki, observation haki and conqueror's haki that is compatible to her sword style. Inbued her sword with haki brings the swords style their full potential. By now Y/n didn't realize how dangerous her skills was for a young child.

After this , she decided to travel the world using it. With the help of the manual of the ship, she learns how to operate the ship. She immediately pack her things. Books from the library she thinks will be necessary later on, foods that last for 2 whole months. She found out about  the maps in the chest where the toxic gas come from. A map of different islands and the they call... GRANDLINE.

She start departing from the island, maybe it's just her but, she could see the people from the island waving their hands to her as she slowly lost her sight to the island. The three child run to the shore and maybe... maybe she hears it right. They shouted 'I'm sorry for everything we've done.'

Your tears escape from your eye and says it was okay. After that all crying you quickly go to where the wheel was and start heading to the nearest island. It was 2 weeks away from your current location base on your estimate.

"I wonder what kind of world am I going? Where people be friendly? Or maybe the people are more livelier than the island that i used to live in? Well i hope so."
