[FRENCHIES IN LONDON]

According to the statistics, around 300,000 Frenchies live in London, meaning that no matter what, Lou was bound to be recognised in the British capital. Sure, it happened way less often than in France - especially in Paris - so she was more inclined to have a little chat with the people recognising her.

One thing she never planned though, was for some behaviour she hated in France to be the same in London, no matter the number of French that knew of her. It meant that she was way less afraid of having pictures and videos taken of her without her knowledge.

Actually, since dating Arthur, they both were more worried about his fans taking pictures and videos of him rather than of her. But since they were in the same group of friends, they hoped people would think they were just friends. 

To try and protect their relationship, they rarely went out just the two of them in the middle of the day. In the evening or at night, they would try their best not to show any physical affection unless they were fairly confident no one around them recognised them. 

Arthur and Lou had been recognised once during the night when they were holding hands by a very nice French girl who just asked Lou for a picture and promised them that their secret would be safe with her. Obviously, Lou spent hours on Twitter to make sure nothing was posted about Arthur and her and was relieved when nothing had been told days after the encounter. 

But sadly, their peace couldn't remain protected for too long.

I was in London with some British friends when I recognised @/Louleloup with a guy and they seemed pretty close. Apparently, the guy is a British YouTuber named ArthurTV. They were running to escape from the rain but stopped to kiss surely thinking no one was there. She was wearing the same outfit she was seen wearing today in her story and he was wearing the same outfit he was wearing in George Clarke's story.

The pictures taken of them and published took a toll on their relationship. So much so that after reading the many tweets and different articles about the rumours of their relationship, Arthur turned off his phone and took the first flight back to Jersey.

Lou was stressing out. She had texted him, called him, she even went to his apartment but nothing. It wasn't until Chris texted her that her boyfriend was back in Jersey that she let herself calm down. At least he was safe. 

Yet she couldn't help but still stress a little considering the fact that he wasn't talking to her at all. "'Communication is the most important thing' my arse" she had told herself after she tried to call him for the hundredth time.

She understood why he freaked out though. Their relationship was fairly new, they both were content creators and she was one of the most followed influencers in France. Of course, people would talk once their relationship was out in the world. But they needed to talk, they couldn't remain in this position for too long, risking their entire relationship. And they weren't even "couple". 

Lou knew since the beginning that Arthur didn't handle well the stressful situations where he didn't have full control of what could happen. And the fact that this happened so early must have scared him badly. Still, after almost a week of no contact, she needed to do something.
