We race through the forest. I look around. It's peaceful. Quiet. Beautiful. So why am I so unsettled? My mind is restless. Maya looks so happy. She looks so... radiant. Why am I overthinking this relationship? Why am I overthinking this? I shouldn't really. I should be happy about this.
"Zatz, you okay?" She looks at me.
"I'm fine, Maya." I say.
An arrow flies and shoots beside us. I grab my sword.
"Very funny Chimi." She looks up.
"I was aiming for your helmet." Chimi jumps down.
"Good morning, Chimi." Maya says.
"Morning bat prince, shouldn't you be still asleep? Bats are nocturnal." She says.
"The morning is fine." I say.
"Chimi, we're on our way to Luna Island. Want to come?" Maya asks.
"Of course. I was already on my way." Chimi says.
She jumps on Chapa. I jump off.
"I'll see you there. I have... business." I say.
"Zatz, what business?" Maya asks.
"Business with my father." I answer.
"Alright, don't get cold feet." Chimi says.
"Be well, Princess Maya." I do a slight bow before shooting into the sky.
