"Let the doubles match, BEGIN!"
The blunderbuss axe slams into the two metal locks, destroying them as the front cage falls, revealing two black Boarbatusks glaring intently at the two sword wielders.
Hikaru was the first one to move out and away from the incoming Boarbatusk, Weiss was slightly caught unguarded by a swing from its tusk.
"Go, Weiss! Show 'em who's boss!" Ruby cheered from the stands.
Hikaru ignores the girl and faces his own Boarbatusk. With the creature advancing, Hikaru swerves and parries its tusk like a bullfighter, gracefully dodging it.
Briefly checking the Weiss, he sees her having a rough time dealing with the Boarbatusk with her weapon getting stuck in between of its snout and tusk.
An amused Port laughs at this. "Haha! You didn't expected that do you?"
Focusing back to his own fight, the Boarbatusk grew sharp black spines behind its back like a hedgehog. His eyes narrow on what it could do and decided to deal with the Grimm in caution.
"Wait, as I know, Boarbatusks aren't porcupines." Uzui points out.
"Rare type?" Yang muses, the Sound Hashira shrugs.
"If it is. Then it's my first time seeing one."
"Can he handle that type of Grimm?" Blake unsurely asks.
Team RUST simply smiled. "We trust him."
"In fact..." Tomioka adds on. "He can easily end the Grimm if he had to."
They all saw Hikaru changes his grip stance. From a one handed stance, he moved it into a cautious two-handed grip. The Grimm slightly shook its whole body as more spikes appeared behind its back, ready to shoot. And as it squeaks, it curved like a ball and rapidly spun itself, shooting a hail of spikes forward.
Breathing deeply as the spikes came closer and closer, Hikaru parried the first spike, and another, and another. A continuous barrage of spikes didn't made him distracted at the scene of the clever boar Grimm moving to the left in a flank.
Seeing the right opportunity, he exhales, fiery steam coming out from his mouth.
Hikaru muttered in his mind. "Hinokami Kagura..."
At the stands, Rengoku was surprised to see him doing the Sun Breathing, that it made him stand onto his seat. "That's-!"
"Hah! He's trying to show off at the Heiress." Uzui snorted.
"In an ironic way of him using Sun Breathing..." Tomioka smiled briefly.
"Eek!" Ruby squeals in excitement. "He's going to use that cool moves again!"
