Matilda's one shots

Overstimulated

This was y/ns second camp with the Matilda's she's the youngest to be pulled up to the national team at only 16 years old last year she signed with arsenal back a few months

Another thing is your autistic and you have adhd and you are also just a kid so the girls take care of you mostly which you always feel bad they had to take care of you at times now you tried to always take care of yourself and not need to ask for help. But today was one of the days you needed people to lean on

You were in the locker room in a state of panic you couldn't focus your brain was going 100 miles an hour and you couldn't think straight

"Woah darling you alright" Hayley asks putting a hand on your back to calm you

"Raz I can't think straight" you say holding your head

"Hey sit down love I'll get Steph and mini" Hayley says softly handing you a water bottle

Hayley helps you sit down against the wall and lockers before running out the room to grab steph and mini

You grab your head it's all too loud you start rocking back and forth gripping your head you start hitting your head trying to get it to be quiet it was hurting the sound

Steph and mini and Hayley rush in hearing the loud sounds

To see you hitting your head with your hands and against the lockers freaking out

You feel two gentle hands pull your hands away from your head

"Hey hey you're alright darling just breath" steph says

Mini pins your arms in your lap

"We've talked about this y/n harming yourself doesn't quiet the noise" mini says giving you a knowing look

"I'm sorry I tried I really did mini I promise" you say quietly

"I know love no one's upset your such a strong and brave kid I mean you moved away at only 15 we're always here for you" mini says sweetly

"Let me look at your head love" Steph says softly

You told your head down for Steph to feel and look to make sure you didn't injure yourself on accident

"Hey you didn't injure yourself that's good now let's get you to calm down y/n/n" Steph says

Hayley helps Steph situate you so your laying with your head in minis lap

Steph and Hayley force you to drink water and take a bite from a banana

Hayley put her Apple Watch on your wrist to track your heart rate

"She's getting back down to normal" Hayley says

Mini gently plays with your hair

She knows how much it calms you

After awhile you are lulled into sleep

Hayley leaves after Steph tells her to leave the three of you alone and thanking her for help

"I should probably call Leah and let her know" Steph says

"Yeah that's smart she should know" mini says brushing your cheek

Steph pulls up her phone and presses on Leah to FaceTime

Leah's tired face pops up on the screen

"Steph is everything alright" leah asks sleepy

"Um y/n had an episode today" Steph says

Leah sits up

"Is she alright did she hurt herself" Leah asks worried

"She didn't hurt herself I checked her and she's asleep now on mini" Steph says

"Oh good can I see her" leah asks

"Of course le" Steph says turning the camera to see a sleeping you on minis lap

"Thank you for taking care of her and for calling me Steph" leah says before hanging up
