Atami POV
Okay! Its been a couple years later like, 4 years (yay) & Marco finally proposed to Devina after a year, I was so happy. Tsume & Ace have been living with us too, that's pretty fun. Another thing is my hair is long again, slightly... the horrible thing is I feel like ultimate shit! I wake up & I feel like throwing up, I'm sick is all I know but... I've never been sick in my entire life!
I was sitting in my office when I felt like throwing up again, I grab a bucket I set under my desk & throw up in it. I wipe of the saliva on my lip & open a portal, I throw the bucket in it & face plant onto my desk
"I've never been sick before so... why now?" soon enough Tsume walked in with Devina
"Are you okay, Captain?" they giggled to themselves, thinking I'll laugh with them, but I didn't "Okay, whats wrong?"
"I feel sick..."
"Is that wrong? You don't look sick." Devina said as she placed a hand on my forehead
"I've never been sick, neither has Ace, Sabo or Luffy. This is the first time in... ever!" Devina flinched her hand back & the two look at me weirdly "What?"
"Are you guys monsters?!" I think for a moment
"Yes...?" Tsume sighed
"When we dock at the next island, go see a doctor okay?" I nod
"We need a doctor, our last one booked it."
Time Skip
We finally landed on an island & I gave orders to everyone, Ace who didn't listen, dashed away & Tsume followed him. Opal was by my side as we went towards a clinic or some shit, I walk in & ask to see a doctor, they nod & walk away
"Whats wrong Master?"
"Nothing, just sick." she gasped
"But your never sick."
"Exactly." they called my name & I told Opal to wait, I walk into a room & see a man. Short dark brown hair, tanned skin & light green eyes
"Are you Portgas D. Atami? A Yonko & ex-Shichibukai (yeah she quit)?" I nervously nodded "Cool! I'm a fan of pirates. I always wanted to go out into the see." I lit up
"Then you wouldn't mind joining the Whitebeard Pirates, after you check whats wrong with me?" this time he lit up
"Would I?! Alright, so whats been happening to you?" I explained everything that's happened to me in the past 2-3 months & he nodded from time to time, when he was finished he hummed to himself "Have you had sex without a condom?" I blush to myself & nod
"Yes..."
"You could be pregnant." my eyes widened, I look down at my stomach & place a hand over it "& just to make sure, here." he gave me a pregnancy test thing & I look at it for a second before putting it in my pocket
"Thank you..."
Another Time Skip - Third Person POV
Everyone had greeted the new doctor nicely but Atami, she was quiet the entire time, which Marco, Thatch & Ace noticed
"Atami?" I look up & hum
"Yes?"
"Are you alright? your awfully quiet which is scaring us." she nods
"I'm fine, really I am."
"Oi Captain! can we have a party for our new nakama?!" she smiles & nods, she looks away for a second before getting up & going to her room "Where you going captain?"
"I'm just going to bed, I'm kinda tired. Have fun without me, I don't mind." now they were worried about her, she never missed out on a party! Thatch was about to go after her but the new doctor stopped him
"She'll be fine."
"How do you know?" Thatch asked a little angry
"She came to me because she was sick." then he walked away, Ace stood there shocked
"Whats wrong with you now?!"
"Atami is never sick!" Ace starts to panic but Opal was able to calm him, meanwhile Atami had took the test & she was slightly scared. She was indeed pregnant but she slightly didn't want to have them, maybe it was because she was the most wanted person in the world & once the World Government found out about them, they will have them killed
Her other half would love them, having to be a mother of kids. She sat down on the edge of her bed & put both her hands on her stomach, she could actually tell she was going to have TWO kids
"Alright listen to me you two, this is your mother speaking. When your born I hope you can love me, you father & my nakama. If you here people insult because your my children & your grandfather is the pirate king, fuck them up, sorry for swearing." she fell on her back & smiled at the ceiling "Now all I have to do is tell Thatch."
"Tell me what?" she sat up startled when Thatch walked in "What is it that you wanted to tell me?"
"Um...uh, its something really serious Thatch." that made him flinch
"What is it?" he asked as he sat next to her, she bit her lip
"The new doctor on our ship, what did he tell you exactly if you talked to him?"
"He said you were sick, but you don't look sick at all."
"Well, its a good sick!"
"What do you mean?" I take a deep breath
"I'm... pregnant." he stared at me for a second, trying to progress what I just said. He blinked & looked away for a second, he looked at me then yelled
"WHAT?! YOUR WHAT?!"
"I'm pregnant, with our first child or maybe... children." he started to cry with joy
"Really?!" I nod, he hugs me & presses his air to my stomach, we stayed in that position for awhile until he got up & kissed my forehead "I love you so much Atami."
"I know, cause I love you too. So will this one."
