Fainting Spell

Late late and late...I know, but hey last year of college and everything is very hectic. So...I think I am back on track and will upload regularly....Happy Reading!!

" I want someone right now... like RIGHT NOW!! Get a doctor ASAP!!", these were the first words that I heard when I regained my consciousness. Disoriented, everything seemed hazy but I could feel that someone was holding me. Next I felt myself being placed on a plane surface and this prompted me to open my eyes.

Everything was so...... white?! Then I remembered my fainting spell at home and someone catching me. Oh fuck!! Where was I?

"I want the best services to be provided, the best gynaecologist to be present here. She is pregnant and this is my baby, and I don't want anything to happen to her." Hearing this voice, I turned towards it, and saw none other than him.

"Wha....what are you doing here? Where am I? What is happening to me? What is wrong with my baby?"

"Calm down Amore.... its ok, everything is fine...everything will be fine if these dunderheads will GET TO WORK!!!" Hearing his shout, there started a buzz of activities around and in a few minutes I was attached to several machines with doctor by my side. After checking my vitals and then going through the data, the doctor came towards me with a smile.

" There's nothing to worry about. Everything is fine. It looks like you stressed out over something and it resulted in you fainting. Just take a few days of rest and calmness and you will be absolutely fine." Saying this he turned to go out but then he turned back to add, " Mr Stavros, you will need to take care of your wife from whatever is stressing her out and please do collect her results before going"

"I AM NOT HIS WIFE!!"

"Ok Doc, will take care of her!!"

This was said at the same time with different volume, and I don't know how despite his being lower, his seemed more dominant. The confused look on the doctor proved that we were not making any sense to him, but he seemed to get out of whatever he was thinking and then left us in the room alone.

" What are you trying to do by agreeing with the doctor?"

" Love, calm down. Don't stress yourself out again. Let's go home and then I will explain everything to you, but you need to promise that you are going to hear me out before saying or deciding anything. Please;"

That seemed reasonable but I still couldn't shake the feeling that whatever he was going to say was going to turn my life over!! AND I DON'T NEED THAT!!
