Affair!!

You know....I am really sorry for uploading late...and for uploading such a small chapter..unedited....This is just a filler one....I promise to upload a long chapter next. I swear I have been real busy with my life.....Its a never ending circle of work and tiredness!! The pic above is Luna........what's her part...even I don't know...but I am forming her...lets see where it goes....

I was sitting inside the catering room along with Lilly. Others were taking care of the activities.

" Tia, please tell me what happened? Why are you looking so pale? Talk to me, please. You have been avoiding me since the last few days. We have been always been close and we used to share pretty much everything but nowadays..its like you are a different person all together. Please let me help you"

I knew that I have been avoiding Lilly recently but the truth was that we have always been close, she was more of a friend than an employee. We and Rose had so much fun that it was painful to hide things from her.

"I want to Lilly, but I am sorry..now is really not the time to do so. Now we need to go out and face the crowd out there. We need to help too."

" Ok Tia, I am letting this go but tonight we are having a slumber party. I know sounds childish but yes, we are doing it. Tomorrow we are going to open the shop in the second half as per your rule so, I say, lets drink the night away...what say"

All I could do was laugh nervously because I wish that I could drink the night away....I desperately needed such moment. I will tell hwr the truth tonight.

"Ok then, Tia.....we will do as you say. I will inform Rose accordingly, see if she is available"

Saying this, Lilly went out and I sent Rose am SOS on message. We take this sign very seriously and if, very rarely, we are not able to make it, we reply back. I heard a ping on my phone and saw her reply: YO babe....got the same message from Lilly. It must be really serious. Will be there for sure today.

Well, I took a deep breathe and prepared myself to got outside. Before I could do so, I heard the door opening and felt someone entering. Before I heard his voice, I felt him standing behind me. He came near me and placed his hands on my arms.

"Take off your hands and stay away from me please. I have a lot of work to do and cannot waste another moment talking to you. "

"Tia....at least listen to me, please. We had nothing between us..maybe a small fling sort of but nothing more than that. You did not give me a moment to reply and you ran off." I just went out without replying to him. On arriving at my table, I found Luna standing there ignoring me while trying out the mango custard cake. I could feel that she was going to say something that would make me angry. She did not. She calmly went on eating and then suddenly looked at someone behind my back.

"Adrian, you are back. You should really not try out this mango thing because it tastes just too sweet. You won't like it"

"You don't know whether or not I will like that. You are just my friend, not my wife to know my tastes"

" Ah, but I do know....taste it and see. Its unhealthily sweet" I opened my mouth to reply to her, when someone cut me off,

"Well Babe, if you did not want sweet then you shouldn't have come to the dessert section. I think the flavors match perfectly with each other." The man who spoke came forward and I could his profile finally - Tall, with a round cut face and well kept beard. He put his arm around Luna which confused me. I looked at Adrian to clarify what was happening.

"Tiara, meet Richard, Luna's husband." I must have had a bewildered look on my face because Richard laughed out loud.

"Its nice to meet you, Tiara. Forgive my wife, she could be a bit bitchy sometimes." Saying this he put his hand forward. I held his hand for a handshake but Richard suddenly kissed the back of my hand and smiled, " Pleasure to meet the person who baked such delicious desserts."

Before I could do anything, Adrian moved my hand from Richard's and held it tightly at his side. His thumb rubbed off the portion where Richard had kissed as if trying to remove his imprint.

"It was nice meeting you both. Please continue with the dinner and we can chat later on Richard. We have to be somewhere else."

Saying this he moved me away from the couple but the only thing going on in my mind was....

"She's MARRIED?? Ok.....I must have seen it..or heard it wrong.....but....just confirm with me..Married?? "

" Yes, Tiara, she is married and has been for 7 years."

" 7 years?? 7 YEARS??  You were with her before 7 years?? How old are you exactly?"

He hesitated before saying, "Well...I am 28......and...I was with her...I mean we have been friends for only last 4 years"

Ok....this was not expected....nope...I did not expect this. I was shocked into silence...

"You were having an affair with a married woman? "
