Anabia was in the kitchen preparing soup for her Abi. She was feeling blessed and content

“I won’t leave you, ever”

She blushed and smiled. How last night he let her share her fear with him

“He-he did it second time. A year ago when I attended a conference, Zawar was there also. He asked me to h-have a n-night with him and he will shower his money on me”

She never shared it with anyone but she doesn’t want to hide anything from Maier 

“Good Morning” she who was lost in her own thoughts jolted as standing behind he whispered in her ear

“G-good Morning” she didn’t turn though because if she would then she would almost hugging him as he was standing too close

“What are you doing?” coming in front he leaned to the counter and stared at her

“Making soup for Abi” he gave a nod while remembering something she asked him apprehensively

“C-can I go to meet Abi?” he knew why she was asking it. She was still afraid of him. She was waiting for his reply literally holding her breath

“Of course. He is your father and it’s your duty to take care of him when he needs you” 

It lit her face immediately, “Thank you so much”

“Anabia” she who again shifted her focus to the soup turned again, “Jee”

A wide grin covered his face and she gave him a quizzical look

“Nothing, just wanted to hear your Jee” she turned red and he smiled

“Ok stop blushing now and bring tea for me and Mom in her room” he turned to leave but he knew that her face would be even redder now

Saiqa Ahmed could not believe what she just heard from her son. The son that was her pride, her support system, he forcefully married a girl to satisfy his ego

“M-Mom please don’t be upset. You can beat me if you want to but please I can’t see you tensed” Before Saiqa could say anything Anabia entered with tea

“Assalam O Alaikum Mumma” Saiqa kept staring at the girl in front of her. Not for once from any of her gesture she made it feel to anyone about her inner sufferings

“Mumma what happened?” Anabia gave a questioning look to Maier who shifted his gaze avoiding it. Thinking she might disturbed them she decided to leave when Saiqa stopped her

“Anabia my child come here" confusingly she sat beside her but Saiqa almost startled her as she embraced her and cried

"I am so sorry for everything" she didn't understand anything while Maier just sighed

"Whatever Maier did to you I am …" Before Saiqa could again apologize to her she stopped her breaking the embrace

"Mumma please don't embarrass me. I am very happy with my life. Please don't stress yourself"

Saiqa just kissed her forehead and he stared at her in awww

"You know only you can handle my idiot son" Anabia lowered her head nervously

"Mom please" he protested

"God bless both of you always and May I get to play with my grandchildren soon" Her face heated as Saiqa blessed them and Maier couldn't help his smile as he mouthed a loud Ameen while embarrassed and blushing profoundly she just ran from there hearing his hearty laugh behind
