Anum's POV:

"How is she now doctor?" Zaid Bhai asked worriedly the doctor who came out of her room.

"She is not much good but she is fine as compared to the first day." Doctor Saniya said. I release the breath which I was holding unknowingly.

"That's good. Alhamdulillah." Ammi said taking a deep breath and Bhai also sighed deeply.

'What's going on here? I'm seeing him worried from the day she came here.' I thought to myself.

"I'm going Anum. But let me know if something happens to her. She really needs a lot of rest." I came out of my thoughts when I heard Doctor Saniya.

"Okay Aunty, I'll make sure she rests properly." I said smiling at her.

Ammi and Abbu left to see off Aunt Saniya. Bhai and I were just standing outside of her room. I looked at Bhai who was in a deep thoughts.

"Any Khala (Mother's Sister)." I heard. I turned and smiled looking at his face. There is chocolate all over his face and he was smiling with his chocolaty teeth.

"Yes jaani. Do you want something?" I picked him in my arms and asked.

"Yesh. Aur Chocy." Well, he is calling Chocolate as Chocy. He is two years old and going to be 3 soon. Insha Allah.

(More Chocolate).

"Lekin aap ne bohot khayi hai na Affaq. Aap ki Mommy mujhe maarengi agar unhe pata chala ke main aap ko chocolate di hu." I said. He pouted and looked away. 

(But you have eaten so many Affaq. Mommy will kill me if she comes to know that I have given you chocolate.)

"Sirf ek." He said cutely showing me his little finger as one.

(Only one.)

"Accha. Ek kaam karte hai. Pehle aap fresh ho jaiye fir main aap ko chocolate ka pura pack dunga." I heard Bhai. I glared at him. How can he give him more chocolates? He had eaten many.

(Okay. Let's do one thing. First you freshen up then I'll give you the whole pack pack of chocolate.)

"Sath (Sach) me?!" Affaq said getting excited in his baby tone.

(Really?!)

"Ha. Sach me." Bhai said smilingly taking him in his arms.

(Yes. Really.)

"Bhai, you can't give him more. He had many." I said.

"It's alright doll. It will keep him busy. Then he'll not ask for his Mom." Bhai said and went towards his room.

'He is not wrong.' My mind agreed. I nodded.

I opened the door only to find an unexpected person in a miserable condition. I was shocked looking at her.

'What is she doing here?' I thought.

"Anu." She said more like cried.

"Niyu." I was shocked looking at her condition.

"Anum whose there? Why are you stan.." I heard Ammi's voice from behind but she stopped looking at the girl who was standing in front of us with a baby boy in her hand.
