Someone else is comming, a bartender, he wore a bartender suit in black vest and white shirt although nothing about the way he looked says he's a regular human. He has elongated ears, perfectly flawless skin smooth as glass, and beautiful even for a male. Jake wondered how a fae winds up in a human world?

"What can I get you?" His peircing eyes focused on Matt, ignoring Jake entirely.

Matt leaned his elbows on the counter. "I need to talk to the manager."

The handsome fairy inclined his head and disappeared quietly.

Matt turned around, his back leaning on the counter as soon as the bartender left and assessed his environment. The night is still early, there's not a whole lot of patrons yet. And to be honest, he much preferred it this way especially tagging along an underage boy with him.

Although he has a lot of faith Jake can handle himself if a fight breaks out. The thought of Isaac came to him, wondering how much progress the other man made on his mission.

"So what do you think?" He asked Jake who's sitting on a stool beside him. Jake wore a fairly even expression, not bored, not excited, not impressed, nothing. He looked as he does at any other time. "Man, it's hard to impress teenagers!"

It's not as if Jake is not struck or impressed with where Matt took him. His mind is too preoccupied with Grace, worried about her during his absence. He knew Lucas will protect her just the same as if her life is the most precious to him, but not being by her side is weighing a lot on him.

Matt wished he could here Jake's thoughts right now, getting an urge to shift into his werewolf form. Nothing is stopping him right now. This bar is littered with supernatural creatures that nobody would give a shit if a giant wolf were to walk around freely in this establishment.

His thoughts was distracted with the arrival of the manager, he's an asian man, long hair sleek as melted silver. He wore traditional chinese clothing that belonged from centuries ago. There's no doubt this man had lived for a long time.

"What can I do for you, Matt?" The man gestured with a tilt of his chin.

"Came here for an advise, Er Lang."

Er Lang examined Matt, thrusting his bright silver eyes up and down, before taking in Jake on his line of sight. "Who's the kid?"

Matt threw his arm around Jake in a playful gesture. "This young man right here is Jake, he just joined the pack a year ago."

Er Lang made an assessment of his chi, there's no doubt in his mind the kid is strong and has quality of a leader. His attention wavered back to Matt. "Please, come to my office."

Matt rolled two pieces of metal object on the table. They were the silver bullet heads extracted from Charles.

Er Langs eyes followed the motion of the silver bullet heads until they stopped at the middle of the table. He didn't need to be told what they were, he knew they were weapons, a special bullet forged to kill werewolves and lycans.

He picked up one of them bringing it closer for observation. Er Lang narrowed his eyes and took a generous whip of its making. "Doesn't smell like like it's been blessed by holy water."

Matt grunted. "Why would it? We're werewolves not demons."

Er Lang shrugged and put the object back down, "some humans believe we're all product of evil."

Matt laughed at that. He could care less about religious fanatics beliefs. "So, who do you think it came from?"

Er Lang lowered to his seat, a chair made from grain of wood with vines growing around it. The chair didn't looked like it belonged in this word. "Those bullets are forged inside the security of someone's own home, my friend. You can tell by the detail on the body, how it's molded. Doesn't seem like he's an expert at doing it either. The bullets were made sloppy." Er Lang glanced at the bullet heads again. "But the silver is one of the purest I've ever seen which makes it very deadly. Whoever created those must not care how much money he lose forging them." He smiled at Matt. "Perhaps you should sell them, those two alone could fetch you at least a few hundred bucks."

Matt was not interested in making money, he wanted to know who'd been hunting his pack. "What about lycans? Have you heard anything about them?"

Er Lang's eyes suddenly become clouded, his pupils moving around inside the socket as though he's watching something only visible to him.

The room fell into pregnant silence as Matt and Jake waited for more of what he has to say.

"Beside the three who wandered in your territory and paid for trespassing and provoking a fight?" He said after his eyes cleared.

Matt's eyes sharpened eager for words to follow. "Yes."

"I wouldn't worry about them. I supposed those lycans knew the treaty and disobeyed them. They had it coming. Perhaps, a word with you alpha should clear you of your trouble."

Matt's eyebrows furrowed. Alpha Alfonso hasn't briefed the pack of what came of his meeting with the lycan alpha yet. Maybe he was just waiting, making sure the lycans has nothing to do with the recent attacks.

The creases on his face disappeared. "Thank you, that's all I needed to know at this time."
