My Hope, Strength, And Light
The Lord is the One who helps me
During my times of need;
He helps me to see the light,
That I may have a prosperous life.
There is no better friend than God;
Everlasting and true is His love;
People may leave, but He stays
And uplifts me despite trials I face.
There is no reason to be afraid
When you are protected every day
By God, Who can do all things;
With Him, you can do anything.
Because of His mercy, I am at peace;
And the miracles never cease;
I can smile even in the darkest night;
He is my hope, strength and light.
