When You Trust In The Lord
There is nothing in this world
That can break you into two,
When you trust in the Lord
And what He can do.
Yes, your journey will be hard;
Though you will never lose heart;
For He makes your paths straight,
Watching over you every step of the way.
Through all the agony and pain,
You will see hope for brighter days;
From experience, you've realized
Some misfortunes are blessings in disguise.
Wherever you go, whoever you meet,
Your spirit dances with gaiety;
At times sadness is inevitable;
Though your faith does not crumble.
You strive diligently and with no compromise
To perform your duty, render service
Unto God, the Almighty Father;
For you, there is nothing that is better.
All things in this world will fade;
Though God's Word remains;
His love has no boundaries or limits;
This you remember in fortune and in hardship.
