No Better Friend
People can do you harm;
But God can mend your heart;
Like the seasons, people come and go;
But God will never leave you alone.
You may not be perfect;
But there is no need to fret;
For God loves you regardless;
He knows that you are only human.
You may go through hardship;
But keep your head up, do not quit;
For God can help you overcome;
With His guidance, you can carry on.
You may feel sad at times;
But always keep in mind
That God is with you every moment;
Truly, there is no better friend.
