Chapter 45 - Talking Dogs!

Back at building 13...

Hajime: "We're here. Hurry up and go back to your cell."

Jinx & Jyugo: "Kaaay."

Jyugo: "Come to think of it, I forgot to tell the others we were going to building 4."

Jinx: "It's already late afternoon, so they're probably in a bad mood."

We walked into our cell.

Jinx: "We're baaack!"

Jyugo: "We were over at building 4 for a bit-"

Rock: "JYUUUUGOOO!!!"

I ducked as Rock grabbed Jyugo by the front of his clothes.

Jyugo: "HUH?!"

Rock: "Is it true that you and Jinx went to building 4 without telling us, you puuunk!!"

Jyugo: "Uh...no... uhm- W-wait, I had a reason..."

Jinx: "I feel like that's a little more than just a 'bad mood'."

Nico: "Welcome back, Jinx."

Jinx: "Oh hi, Nico... uhm... why is Rock so upset?"

Rock: "... Unfair..."

Jyugo: "Huh?"

Rock: "...So unfair... THAT'S SO UNFAIR, YOU BASTARD!!"

Jyugo: ".........What??"

He dropped Jyugo and fell to his knees, clearly very upset.

Rock: "AHRRGH, even though I've always wanted to go to building 4!!"

Jyugo: "Huh... what? What the hell? ...What??"

Nico: "Welcome back, Jyugo."

Uno: "About that, he's been like this ever since he heard you went to building 4."

Jyugo: "Why does he want to go to building 4 so much, anyway?"

Rock: "I WANA TALK TO THEIR DOGS TOO, DAMNIT!!"

Jyugo: "Your face is terrifying!!"

Rock: "I've always wanted to go there ever since I heard the rumour that they've got talking dogs!! I WANNA SEE EM AND TALK TO EM SO BAAAD!"

Jinx: "Hey... has Rock always been like this?"

Uno: "Hajime hasn't been letting him go near Kuu lately, remember? So it looks like the stress finally got to him."

Nico: "He's become like a spoiled kid. But how was it actually? Were there any talking dogs?"

Uno: "You just got back from there, so give us some kinda report about those talking dogs."

Jyugo: "Hah?"

Uno: "Ugh, wait a minute, don't tell me- Ahh, it's no good. That face is just screaming 'so what?'"

Nico: "I knew it, so it really was just a rumour! In the first place, a dog acting as a prison guard sounds like something out of a manga, right?"

Jinx: "No, there were dogs."

Uno: "Then was there anything weird about them? There was, right?"
