INT. EVERDALE GENERAL HOSPITAL, ROOM 203 -- MORNING
A day passed but Jhay still did not regain consciousness. Isaiah stayed by his side and he always talked to him while caressing his hand or face. Sometimes he will clean him with a wet towel while telling stories to him. This time, Isaiah was again disappointed because Jhay still did not wake up, so he decided to talk to him about his memories.
Isaiah
I thought you wanted me to be with you.
Isaiah
Open your eyes Jhay.
Isaiah

Isaiah
I will say yes to your proposal if you wake up now. Please just wake up. I remember everything now.
Isaiah pleaded but everything was still quiet.
Isaiah

Tears are starting to fall from Isaiah's eyes. After a while of silence and only Isaiah's sobs could be heard, someone suddenly talked.

Jhay said with a raspy voice as he regained consciousness.
Isaiah
You're awake! I'll call the doctor!
Isaiah abruptly stood up to call the doctor but Jhay held his hand.
Jhay
W-what you said earlier... I-I-Is it still valid?
Isaiah sat down back to his seat near the bedside.
Isaiah
Of course. But we need to get you checked first.
Jhay
How can you still forgive me? For what I have done? I did so many awful things to yo-
Isaiah
It's all in the past now. I'm thankful that you saved me. Here drink some water first.
Jhay drank water from a glass and he continued.
Jhay
I'm so thankful that I have you. Thank you for granting me forgiveness.
Isaiah interrupted Jhay when he suddenly said something.
Isaiah
I love you!
Jhay
Wha-
Isaiah
I said... I love you. Why won't you answer me?
Isaiah teased and his face saddened with a pout.
Jhay
You-
Jhay sighed and he suddenly smiled.
Jhay
I love you too.
Isaiah
I love you more...
