DENZEL P.O.V.
When I got home, I reached for my phone to call her and apologize, but I dropped it in the sink. I was so frustrated that I just gave up and went to take a shower.
I stepped out of the shower and was surprised to see Ivy sitting on my bed.
"What are you doing here at this time?" I asked, wrapping a towel around my waist.
She looked up at me and smiled. "I'm here to greet my fiancé," she said.
"How did you get in here?" I asked.
"I have my ways," she said, grinning.
"You should have called me before you came over,"
"Come on, Denzel, I don't need your permission to visit you,"
"Yes, you do,This is my home, and you need to respect that."
She smirked and walked up to me, placing her hand on my shoulder. "This will be my home soon, I mean our home,"
I stiffened and pulled away from her. "You're crazy, Ivy. If you think I'm going to marry you, you're wrong," I said, turning to face my wardrobe
I put on my clothes and turned around, avoiding her gaze. I grabbed my laptop and headed towards the door.
"You're leaving me here?"
"Yes," I said, unable to meet her eyes. "I'm going to sleep in the other room."
"But Denzel, I'm your wife" she said, her voice pleading.
"You're not my wife, you're my fiancée,And I'm not even sure if I'm going to marry you." I turned away and walked out of the room, closing the door
"After three years of waiting for him, he think I'll let you end up with your ex, Snow was right, I'm such an idiot. How could I have let him hire his ex to work for him?" ivy said to herself She sank down onto the bed, burying her face in her hands.
AMEALIA P.O.V.
I was sneezing and shaking,I thought Denzel would call me, but he didn't even text
"You should just resign," Eve said, handing me a mug of hot water.
I took the water from her"Why do you think I should resign?"
"Sister, the way he treats you is terrible. He makes you work all day. That's not fair,"
"That's not a good enough reason to resign,"
"But, sis..." she started to say.
"No, I'm not going to resign, I'm going to finish what I started."
"But what about your health? And your happiness?"
"My health is fine, and I'm happy with my job," I said
FANCY COLLEGE:
"I'm going to make her pay for what she did to me yesterday," Snow said
"Of course you are," Betty said, giving her a sly smile.
As they saw Eve walking towards them, Betty turned to Snow and asked, "Are you ready?"
Snow nodded, her eyes gleaming with mischief. "Of course," she said, a wicked grin spreading across her face.
Together, they reached into their bag and pulled out a small container of red paint. Then, they quickly and quietly tipped it over, aiming it at Eve as she approached.
Suddenly, Eve yelled, "What the heck, Snow?!" Her uniform was now covered in red paint.
"That's for what you did to me yesterday!" Snow shouted triumphantly as she poured the remaining paint onto Eve's head.
But Eve just smirked. She reached up and pushed her hair aside,
She walked up to Snow and gave her a big hug, staining Snow's dress with red paint in the process. Snow's eyes widened in shock and she tried to pull away, but it was too late. She was covered in paint.
"You little brat! I can't believe you did that!" Snow cried out
Eve just laughed. "What can I say? I'm a quick thinker."
Snow huffed and crossed her arms, but she couldn't help but crack a smile. "I guess I'll have to watch my back around you from now on."
"And you should watch your back too," Eve added with a grin. "We're even now, both covered in red paint."
"You are such a brat,You're just like your sister."
"That's why we're sisters," Eve said, winking at Snow.
"I hate you!" Snow said
"I hate you more, I guess we'll have to go home and change. We're going to miss a class."
As Liam arrived on the scene, he stopped in his tracks and stared in shock at the two girls covered in paint. "What the heck happened here?"
"Your little girlfriend and I had a bit of a paint fight, Don't we look cute?"eve said
AMEALIA P.O.V.
"I thought you weren't going to come to the office today," Denzel said
"You thought I would die in the rain last night?" I asked, giving him a mock glare.
"I might have been hoping for that," he said with a smirk.
"Oh, dear,I still have a lot of things to do. I'm not going anywhere yet."
"Like what?" he asked
"Like destroying your life completely, just like I did before," I said
"You think you'll be able to do that again?" he asked
"Absolutely," I said, a confident smile on my face. "I'm just getting started. You're in for a world of trouble."
"We'll see about that," he said, giving me a wink.
"We'll see if you're able to do that," he said
Just then, I saw that Ivy was about to enter his office. I couldn't help but grin as I leaned in and planted a kiss on his lip
His eyes widened in surprise as I deepened the kiss. To my astonishment, he responded to the kiss. But before we could continue, we heard a loud voice from the doorway.
"Denzel!" Ivy yelled
We broke apart, both of us flustered and out of breath.
Ivy stood in the doorway, a frown on her face. "What is going on here?" she demanded, her eyes flicking between the two of us.
"Are you blind? gosh You're such a spoilsport I am was enjoying it already."I said.....
