We got ready for the walk. I have pajama pants and a regular long sleeved shirt on with a puffy jacket over it, since it's cold out. Walker has a hoodie and sweatpants on.
We get in our usual attire to be trampled by fans and paparazzi: sunglasses and hats.
We start walking through my neighborhood and we come across a house that has a Valentine's Day flag hung up.
"Aw, Walker, it's almost Valentine's Day!" I say grabbing onto his arm.
"Yes, y/n. I have a special event in mind..."
"Oh, yeah. We have an event for 'Fate.'" I say now super bummed out.
"We can still do the thing you wanted to do the day after." he says, reassuring me.
"Okay! Yay!!!" I start jumping up and down.
"Someone's excited."
"Ya think? I've been waiting for a date for forever!"
"Wait...a d-date?"
"Yes, Walker. We are dating and all. Why does a date sound weird?"
"No, no, no. That's not what I meant. I meant that...I thought I was the one that was going to ask you on our first date." He stops and turns to me. He grabs onto my hands as if there's nothing better than this moment.
"Well? Go ahead." I said while he started avoiding looking at me. Aww, he's so sweet.
"Y/n, will you go on a date with me?"
He rubbed circles on the back of my hand until I said "Yes."
He started doing all his celebratory moves like Fortnite emotes.
I burst into laughter because he looks SUPER WEIRD.
After that I get a few dings on my phone, and realize I've been tagged in a photo.
I click on the Instagram post, and I gasp.
