Have you tried observing the face of smokers and non-smokers? Smoker look paler and have a lot of drawn wrinkles on their faces, right? That's because the nicotine in a cigarette is a vasoconstrictor, narrowing the blood vessels allowing less blood to pass through. The skin cell cannot repair themselves completely due to fewer red blood cells, responsible for carrying oxygen which results in baggy skin or cheekbones, saggy eyelid skin, laugh lines, upper and lower lip wrinkles, and jowls. Also, there would be poor wound healing which might become scars over time. Even second-hand smokers are affected by the wonderful benefits of smoking.

But if you persist in ruining your organs inside and out by smoking, which you think might help cope with your anxieties and stress, try inhaling cyanide or any poisonous gas. You will experience everlasting peace and stress-free after a few minutes.
