Kai is running around outside the temples, appearing to be lost. Hearing Chen's voice announcing the next fight, he turns and heads towards it. Inside, Chamille is about to fight Jacob Pevsner and they begin to smash vases in order to find a Jadeblade.
"Jacob's a lot stronger since last time we saw him" Garmadon said
"I hoped i'd never see him again" Lloyd said
"Me too" Aria said holding onto Lloyd's hand
"The other elemental master's might start going after us as long as we're a team" Jay said worried
"We are a team, even with Cole and Zane missing" Lloyd said
The fight ends with Chamille being eliminated.
"I initially wanted to give everyone jewels for their work in the Tournament, but, due to Jay's fight with Cole yesterday, I decided to take away everyone's private suites, you will all sleep in the chow house" Chen announced
"Ew" Aria whined
"Not you Aria, I have somewhere else to put you" Chen said glaring at Lloyd before walking away
"Chen is trying to separate us from Aria" Lloyd said
"But why" Garmadon asked
"Yesterday i had a fight with Chen, I was trying to get him to stop the fight between Jay and Cole, but instead we ended up fighting and I guaranteed him that I would win my match" Aria explained
"Chen's planning something with Aria, we just don't know what" Garmadon said
"Well whatever it is we'll get through it" Kai said patting Aria's head
While the competitors rest, the remaining three Ninja discuss a plan, but quickly jump back to their beds just as Clouse arrives.
"The master of energy will fight now" Clouse announced
"Finally my turn huh" Lloyd said
"Who is he fighting?" Jay asked
"The master of Darkness" Clouse said before leaving
"Master of Darkness?" Lloyd questioned
"Aria" Kai and Jay said together
"Oh no" Lloyd said
Lloyd entered the arena on one side as Aria entered from the other.
"Fight!" Chen ordered to start the match
"I'm sorry Lloyd" Aria said before she closed her eyes
The ground rumbled, everyone could see the red energy emitting from Aria.
"I thought she was purple" Kai said
"Demon energy" Garmadon said before they were all cast in red light
"Look, the moon's red" Jay said pointing at the moon
Aria was surrounded by dark energy, she was serious about winning. Lloyd's eyes glowed green, he was prepared to fight.
"Are you ready Aria?" Lloyd questioned looking actually excited

Aria opened her eyes "Show me what you got greenie"
Lloyd threw an energy ball at Aria and she easily deflected it. The ninjas watched in shock as the two continued to fight. Lloyd throwing energy balls and Aria easily deflecting them and avoiding his other attacks.
"Aria doesn't really want to fight, she's just avoiding his attacks" Jay said
"no" Kai disagreed
"What?" Gaarmadon questioned
"Aria's tiring him out, sooner or later the overuse of his powers will weaken him" Kai said watching intensly
Back on the battle field Kai's prediction was right, Lloyd didn't realize he was becoming slower. His eyes weren't glowing anymore and his energy balls were smaller.
"my turn" Aria said running over and kicking him in the gut, sending him into the wall knocking him out
The moon turned back to normal as Aria's eyes and form returned back as well.
"Winner" Chen said as Lloyd was sent down
Aria returned back to the ninja and they hugged her.
"I'm sorry, I made a deal with Chen so I had to win" Aria said
"What deal" Garmadon asked
"I can't tell you guys, but I promise It'll be worth it" Aria replied
"We trust you Aria" Kai said
"For now" Garmadon agreed "Don't make us regret it"
"I'm so sorry Lloyd " Aria said as she looked back at the arena
