A Brother's love

Chapter 1

Marinette stared in shock. She was passing by a shop. Jason was on the tv with the Wayne family! He said he would be right back, but now he is living the luxury life. Tears pricked the girl's eyes. She ran back to where she and Jason were staying. Now it's just her. "Why would he do this to me?" she whispered, sitting down on the hard floor. "We've been together since I was 4. Now he just leaves me here?" The tears flew down her face. She cried not knowing what to do now. The boy she considered a brother up and left her. Marinette sighed. Knowing she was on her own now.

Jason hadn't want to leave his dear sister. They were family in everything but blood. He was going to go back for her after he completed his training as Robin. He would visit her and explain. All he had to do was wait it out. It would be okay. She would be okay. He taught her everything he knew to stay alive. Marinette had to be okay. Jason wouldn't forgive himself if she wasn't.

It's been two weeks since Jason had gone and left. Marinette was doing okay so far. Still very upset at Jason, but okay. She was walking on the streets deciding who to pick pocket next. When this man came up and spoke. "You're a cute little fella." The man's sickeningly sweet voice rang through Marinette's ears. "Uhh thank you?" "You're coming with me!" He grabbed her and tossed her into a van. The little girl banged on the door, crying for help. No one heard her though. She banged and cried and yelled. No use. Soon after the bluenette fell asleep.

It's been two weeks wince Jason had left his sister. He had just the right amount of training to go out for his first patrol as Robin. He took the side that Marinette was on. When Robin dropped down into an abandoned shack it was empty. It was just how he had left it, except no Marinette. Where did she go? Batman's voice crackled in through the coms. "There was a kidnapping this evening. Some kids got taken. I'm not sure where, but they are already out of Gotham by now." Jason froze. His sister could have been kidnapped! Wait! No way. It's just a coincidence. She wasn't kidnapped. Probably busy finding something. "I'll come by tomorrow and she'll be fine! You'll see Jason. You'll see." He muttered to himself while hopping out to finish his patrol
