Adam's head hung low. He slumped next to Luis and me and sighed sadly.

"Adam?" I questioned. "You okay?"

"No..." He mumbled.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"Yeah, dude." Luis butted in. "It looks like you just got dumped."

"I kinda did..."

"How so?" I asked.

"Julie said no when I asked her out." His voice cracked.

"Oh..." I mumbled quietly. "I'm so sorry."

"Oh, man." Luis sighed. "Sorry, bro. That sucks."

"Mhm." He hummed. "I thought she was gonna say yes."

Luis and I both nodded. "Same."

"You have to be joking, right?" I hoped he was.

"Nope." He shrugged.

"Damn..." Luis mumbled. "You'll find someone better, I know it."

I hummed in agreement. "Yeah."

A small smile painted Adam's lips and he looked up at us. "I'm kidding. She said yes."

I gasped. "Really?!"

"Yes!" He chirped happily.

I squealed happily. "Yay! I knew you were lying!"

"Yeah, dude." Luis smiled. "You could be an actor."

"Thanks." Adam chuckled.

"Oh, congrats," Luis added.

Adam nodded his head up saying thank you and Luis threw an arm around my shoulders.

"Would you ever break up with me?" Luis suddenly asked.

"Yes." I joked.

"What?" His face turned into sadness.

"I'm kidding, idiot." I smacked his chest lightly. "Of course not."

"I'm not an idiot." He sighed.

"I'll start calling you a hobo then." I snickered.

A huff escaped his mouth. "I'm not that either."

"Okay, Louie."

He gasped. "You little..."

I laughed and felt him pinch my side. "Ow!" I yelped.

He laughed back at me. "Sorry, hobo."

"I'm not a hobo!" I smacked his shoulder.

"Wanna bet on it?" He smirked.

"Only if you can catch me." I smiled.

I then stood up from the bleachers and booked it. Luis's footsteps pounded behind me, making me run faster. I circled the ice rink and heard him right behind me.

"Gotcha!" He wrapped his arms around my waist.

I squealed as he lifted me off of the ground. "No!"

"Yes! I caught you fair and square!" He bragged.

I groaned and tried to wiggle out of his grip. "I demand a rematch."

"Nope." He shook his head while carrying me back over to the bleachers. "I won, so now I can call you a hobo."

"No!" I whined. "I never said you could!"

"Yeah, you did." He corrected me. "You said if I caught you, I could call you a hobo."

I kicked his leg but he didn't react. "I'm gonna break up with you if you call me that."

"Go ahead." He joked.

"Fine." I crossed my arms over my chest.

He was about to set me down but didn't. "I was joking."

"Mhm." I hummed.

"I seriously was, babe." He sighed. "I won't call you a hobo."

I smiled. "Thanks. Now can you set me down?"

"Nah." He shook his head.

He started walking towards the exit and I groaned. "Luis, we can't go home yet."

"Why not?" He didn't stop walking.

"Because practice isn't over."

"Well, we're all out of our gear so...I say it is."

"Bombay is gonna get mad." I nervously squirmed around.

"Sucks for him." He shrugged.

"Luis." I kept wiggling around.

"Okay, you gotta stop moving." He huffed.

He shifted me over to his shoulder and I flopped there weakly. "I hate you."

"Love you too." He chuckled.

Luis's soft heartbeat pumped in my ears. His chest slowly rose and fell with his calm breathing. I poked my head up from his chest and saw that he was dead asleep. I snickered and examined his perfect face. If he had any flaws, I couldn't find them. How the hell is he so perfect?

I rubbed my thumb lightly on his cheek and kissed his neck. I then crawled on top of him and squished his cheeks as Izzy does.

"Wake up," I demanded.

He groaned and refused to open his eyes. I sighed and continued annoying him.

"Babe. Babe. Babe." I repeated, kissing him after each word.

"Mm." He hummed in annoyance. "No."

I stuck my face closer to his. "Come on."

"No, we don't even have practice today."

"Yeah, but I still want you to get up," I whined.

He shook his head and kept a tight grip on me. "We can just stay like this forever."

I chuckled. "Luis, come on."

He was still refusing. I smirked. "Don't make me tease you."

His eyes popped open. "What do you mean?"

I raised my eyebrows and kept that smirk on my face. He sighed. "Don't you dare."

"Then get up." I sat upon his legs.

He groaned again and grabbed my arms. He yanked me back down and hugged me close.

"Let's just stay like this." His voice whispered in my ear.

I laughed lightly. "Only for five minutes."

"Ten."

"No, five," I repeated.

"Mmm...ten." He said again.

"Fine." I smiled.

He stuffed his face into my neck and kissed it lightly.
