Even if she doesn't have a vision, she has the power to crystallize blood so she can use it like arrows or a polearm. She can use her own blood or that from her enemies. But when she is using too much from her own, she can pass out ( even if her body can produce new blood very fast )
Her movements are not very noticeable like she is moving in the shadows and that at a very fast pace. Because of her skills, the Tsaritsa sometimes sent her on assasination missions.
