Chapter Eighteen.

Zayn's P.O.V

We just dropped Julian off an now it's a day to our selfs! I had everything planned out already, we were on our way to the house when she sighed "something wrong?" I asked an she looked at me upset "I dont know...it just feels a bit weird without Julian here on Christmas.." an I gave her smile "well this Christmas it will just be me an you spending alone time together" I said an she smiled I took one hand off the wheel an intwined my hand with hers and she smiled at me I started noticing the sky was turning grey, we just drove while she started singing loud which made me laugh I soon started singing along with her "CAUSE I KNOW HE GOT A WIFE AT HOME! BUT I NEED JUST ONE NIGHT ALONE IF HE KEEP PLAYING THEM GOOD OLE GAMES IMMA RUN AWAY AYE RUN AWAY AYE AYE!" she yelled an I started singing "I- I- I WANNA GIVE YOU ONE LAST OPTION! I - I - I WANNA GIVE YOU ONE LAST CHANCE! IF IF YOU LOOKING FOR THE MAIN ATTRACTION JUST HOLD ON TIGHT!" I sang an we both laughed it started sprinkling an I saw our house down the block, the sky got darker an poured harder she gripped on my hand a bit tight while her singing died down an I slowed the car down driving a bit fast an slow as it poured down I saw bright white head lights on my side going fast towards us. Right away we were crashed into. An Mariah had screamed an she went into the windshield an I freaked out I got out the car she didn't move I started screaming 'Help' I went back inside an got my phone an dialed 911 I told them an they would be here soon I just stared at her. "it's all my fault" I said to myself. I just held her hand whispering to myself that she would be alright over an over till they came. I then heard the truck an they all got out an put her on some hospital bed an put her in "you can come soon just get the car home for now" they said an he shut the door an they went off an I just Screamed letting my anger out an I put my hands in fist an hit against the dash on the car I got in an just stared at the empty seat "it's all my fucking fault." I said. An drove home.

*at home*

It was so quiet. I got my phone an called Liam.

*ring ring ring* I waited.

Liam: Hello?

Julian: DADDY!

Zayn: hey Liam...can you make sure Julian isn't near the phone

Liam: Hey, Julian go bring your woody an the movies so we can watch them!

Zayn: *smiles to himself*

Liam: okay, he went off what is it?

Zayn:....Mariah an I got in a car accident...

Liam: WHAT?! Are you okay? Where is she?

Zayn: I'm fine, I got a few scratches an a few bruises but she didn't have her seat belt on...an she went into....the...windshield...it's all my fault!

Liam: no. No Zayn it isn't.

Zayn: yes it is.

Liam: want me to give you a drive to the hospital?

Zayn: yeh thanks...if you can

Liam: I'll be there in ten.

Zayn: okay. Thanks.

Liam: no problem bye

Zayn: bye

An he hung up an I put the phone down. I then just blew up an started punching the walls, how could I be so stupid?! *knock knock* I walked to the door with my hands in fist "um..come on" Liam said an we walked out "Danielle is at home watching Julian" he said an I stayed quiet.

*at hospital*

"were looking for Mariah Jackson?" Liam said "right this way" the lady said an we started walking behind the lady an we went through a couple of doors she stopped I'm front of a door an walked off "I'll give you some alone time" Liam said an sat on the Chair across the door I took a deep breath an walked in , there she was sleeping peaceful even with bruises an cuts...she still looked Beautiful as always I closed the door behind me an went to the chair next to her I put my hand on her cheek looking at her, she started fluttering her eyes "Zayn...?" she asked opening her eyes "Mariah!" I said an she smiled "I'm so sorry." I said an she gave me a confused "why? It was my fault..." she said looking down an I just looked at her "no. No it isn't." I said An she looked at me an grabbed my hand an we just stayed quiet. "um..knock knock...may I have some time alone to Mariah?" the doctor asked an I nodded an walked off I went outside to see Liam looking worry "how is she?" he asked "hurt." I said an he stayed quiet

Mariah's P.O.V

"ah. Ms.Jackson." the doctor said "I've heard about you Dr.Brooklyn is your doctor correct?" he asked an I nodded "well, you know your lucky to survive a car accident like that. Not many people do." he said an I stayed quiet "you can be let out in a few days. For now, you should get your rest. You need it," he said an I nodded "Okay...." I said an he walked off into the hall way leaving me alone when I saw Liam come in looking shy "umm...Hi Mariah" he said an I smiled at him

Zayn's P.O.V

"I'll go talk to her" Liam said an stood her looking at me an I nodded an he went Into the room

Liam's P.O.V

She smiled at me an pointed to the chair an I went to the chair an sat down "I've heard a lot about you," I said "you know, your a real nice girl. You love Zayn for him. Not Zayn From One Direction." he said which made me smile "an Julian. Oh. He's crazy but nice" he smiled which made me laugh "an he Loves toy story like me" which made me giggle "ever since he was two an saw it he loved it" I said an Liam smiled "anyways.....I know about what you have..." he said an I looked up to him "what?" I asked "how you have Leukemia..." he said which made me get tears in my eyes "no,no I'm sorry..." he said an hugged me "no. It's fine..." I said "you know, your really strong. Fighting for years with this.." he said an I nodded smiling "yeh....I got it when I was 14.... Three years after me an Zayn were bestfriends." I said an Liam smiled "so y'all must have known each other since age 11?" he asked an I nodded "yea...I miss those times" I said "what's gonna happen with Julian after...you...know...." he said "March 3rd to be exact. An ......I dont know....Zayn really loves him...but with the whole biggest boy band...I don't think Julian can live like that." I said "non sense. We may be the-" he used the quote marks "biggest boy band but that doesn't mean Zayn wouldn't mind having him with him. Or me...I enjoy having him around especially since we can watch you story together!" he said which made me laugh "I still dont know" I said "you should think about it" he said an smiled "I will" I said smiling
