Y/N POV:

Korekiyo starred in the direction I was staring at and smiled. "Kekeke are you interested in the Caged Dog Village as well?", he asked as I raised an eyebrow.

"Is that what it's called?" "Is there a specific reason why you're interested in this book?" I simply shrugged my shoulders as he asked that question.

"I'm actually not quite sure... some of my memory was wiped when I woke up here. Can you tell me about it?", I asked as I felt a giddy feeling from Korekiyo.

"Yes, of course." I watched as the slender male walked over to the book and traced his hand over the book's frame.

"It's a fable full of many dark arts and spells. The fable was written by a survivor from a village. A little girl, who's delicacy and beauty was said to resemble a Chinchilla, who's village was destroyed by a feudal lord, the Belgian Hare—" "Stop, now...."

Korekiyo looked at me in confusion as I made this sudden and strange command. "I'm sorry, did I talk too much?"

"Korekiyo... as the Ultimate Anthropologist, you know the whole story, correct?" "I know the most anyone in the world could know so—"

Just before the male could finish his sentence, I interrupted him with a hug to his torso. He froze in pure silence and shock, until he finally spoke up. "Are.... you ok Ms. Quin?"

"Ever since I came here, pain and suffering was all that came but this... this makes up for all of it. I can't believe it's here. I thought I lost it forever..."

I could feel his confusion build as I said this. "Ms. Quin... I'm afraid I don't understand. Are you saying... somehow related to the book?"

"On the contrary... anthropologists around the world already know how special this book is but for me, this book is everything. Because you see, this book was the last book my sister wrote before both her and my father died."

I watched as his eyes widened with shock. "Your father? But that would mean you are... the descendant of him?", Korekiyo spoke with a hand over his mouth as I nodded looking at the book.

"That would be correct. The Belgian Hare is my dear old dad and the girl that wrote this book and died by that feudal lord... would be my older sister", I explained as Korekiyo looked at me in awe.

Although his posture and reaction seemed a bit... creepy... I could feel the overflowing emotion of pure curiosity as if it resembled a child.

"How beautiful... how utterly magnificent! I always adored the Cage Dog Village and it's several mysteries and now... and now I find someone who's related to the author! This is... a truly beautiful moment", Korekiyo spoke in astonishment as an idea popped into my head.

"Your lab has so many documents and relics, is the Cage Dog Village your favorite?", I asked as Korekiyo turned to me with a gentle nod.

"A book filled with dark arts, spells, and secret historical events, how could one not love it", he answered as a smile crawled onto my face.

"I don't know about you, but today has been very depressing so I thought maybe we can do something fun. I don't remember much of the book but I do know some personal history of my sister and my father."

I didn't think his expression could get more creepy— I mean shocked nor his emotions could get any higher but he proved me wrong just by listening to my words.

"Many people around the world have tried to translate the spells and actions in this book. Are you really willing to tell me the actual events", Korekiyo spoke in shock as I nodded once more.
