"I BELIEVE YOU"

For Milo, the past week had been incredibly lonely

For Milo, the past week had been incredibly lonely.

He had spent his week wallowing in self-pity and betrayal.

However, what bothered him the most was the way his emotions fluctuated.

The moment in which the blushing pair was squeezed into his small bathroom, Milo felt as though he couldn't breathe.

He didn't dare to.

He didn't want to taint her graceful aura with his air.

He couldn't imagine how red his face must have gotten.

His heart warmed at the thought of Bonnie's soft touch as her fingers delicately angled his face.

She touched him as if he was about to shatter into a million pieces.

However, her efforts were done in vain.

Because he shattered.

Bonnie didn't believe him.

"Well, it's kinda hard to"

"Well, you made up that story about Otis"

He never knew something as simple as words could hurt so much.

The more doubt spilt from her pretty lips, the more his heart began to ache.

That's why she had to leave.

Or maybe she didn't.

Maybe he should've let her stay.

Maybe he should've tried to convince her.

Made her believe.

Milo shook his head.

He was being selfish.

Her disbelief would later be her saviour.

He knew to never mention it again.

Even if it killed him.

Although his brain expressed anger towards her, his heart longed for her, like always.

They didn't even need to talk.

To be in the same space, breathing the same air was enough.

But he was alone.

More specifically in the park.

Everything was blue.

Unlike the first time he was introduced to the space, he was able to experience the wonder of AI weather as it showered.

The artificial clouds overflowed as thick drops of rain began their journey, starting from the sky, flowing down leaves, flowers and fruit, and soaking into Milos shirt and the soil around him.
