Now We're Even

Carly's POV
Oh My Goodness!!, this is too embarrassing for me

I slept on Leo's shoulder and I didn't even notice, the school bell rang and Kevin, Merlin and Natasha left all of them waved goodbye to us

Stacy whispered to me "I have something to show you later" she also then left, wow what great friends I have

I glanced at Leo who has been looking at me the whole time, my cheeks were warm again and I tried to hide myself even more in my hoodie

He stood up and put his hand in front of my face, I looked up at him smiling at me

"We might be late to class, let's go" I didn't hesitate to take his hand, he pulled my hand to help me get up

I looked for Bruce and Leo seems to know what I'm looking for
"Kevin and Stacy has Bruce"

I smiled at the thought that Stacy is holding Bruce, the duck won't stop quacking if he is held by other strangers

Leo's POV
Carly was just standing there awkwardly and doesn't know what to do, I laughed, patted her head and looked her in the eyes

"did you have a good sleep?"

She looked anywhere but me "yes"
She has that blush again, it's quite fun teasing her

She must have noticed that I was smirking, she then pushed me to face the other way and walked to class alone

Carly's POV
I turned Leo's body to look the other way, I then sped walk to Class

But Leo managed to catch up to me and tried to look at my face, I looked the other way and I wasn't looking where I was going to avoid Leo seeing my face

"Carly you're going to hit th-" he said in a very loud voice

I was confused and look at my front, I was greeted by my face being hit by the pole

"ouch" I said in a small voice, I felt my hoodie fall

Leo ran and then held both sides of my face for him to see

Leo's POV
Carly got a red mark on her forehead and I laughed
"What an idiot"

Carly pouted at my comment "well this idiot got hit by the pole because you were following me"

I chuckled and took Carly's arm to the clinic to get some ice, the nurse is not there so I searched the fridge to find an ice bag

Carly's POV
After Leo took an ice bag he sat me down on a chair and put the ice bag on my forehead

"looks like you always visit the clinic" I looked at him while he was focusing on my red forehead

He hasn't answered yet, but I did notice that the clinic is very peaceful and quiet

The morning sun rays at the window coming in, the wind blowing in as the curtains flow along with it

I close my eyes as I enjoy the quiet peace in the room, I suddenly felt that someone kissed my forehead

I opened my eyes to see Leo looking at me "sorry you got hit by the pole" he said softly

He then realized what he did, his face turned beet red

Leo's POV
WHAT ON EARTH DID I JUST DO!!?, I panicked and Carly stood up with a grin on her face

She was amused and keep turning around me

I turned around so she wouldn't see my face, she keeps trying to look at my face but I just turned around

"The tables have turned" is what I thought, Carly sighed as I walked a bit from her

I must have tire Carly so I look back at her, the sun rays at her back the slight breeze from the window made her hair move a little

Her eyes shine by the sunlight in the room as she smiled with her rosy lips, she walked to me and stood on her tippy toes and pulled my head for me to bend down

She kissed my forehead too
"Now we're even" she grinned

Carly's POV
Well this is not bad at all, I should kiss my brothers on the forehead too if a have a chance

It's like kissing a child's forehead
"we should hurry" I said as I went out of the clinic

Leo's POV
Carly kissed my forehead, I was just standing there and I haven't processed what happened yet

I looked at the door that Carly used to go out just now "Carly Myers I didn't know you were this bold to do that to me" that was my thought

Usually, I was the one to make moves but that was my first time a girl made a move on me before I do, she really is interesting

Carly's POV
I finally arrived at the Art room to continue our project, Leo arrived a few minutes after I got in the room

Everyone was just smiling at us but not Brittney though, there is something wrong with her

The glare she is trying to show me there is a hint of sadness in it but I know she won't show sadness at all

••••lunch time••••

The project made us tired because with all the painting and cutting, all of us just agreed to sit at just one table

I messaged Stacy that I can't sit with her and she said "Nah it's okay, oh here is what I was supposed to show you"

She send me a picture, everyone at my table got a message and they opened it

Natasha and Merlin smirked at me but Hunter and Brittney were not happy at all, I looked at the picture and it was me and Leo sleeping

Merlin stood up to help Leo get the food and both of them finally arrived, Leo gave me a Macaroni and cheese

"thanks" and I ate the Macaroni, Leo's phone got a notification and he opened it

Leo's POV
I opened the message and it was a picture of me and Carly sleeping, I saved the picture and I made it my phone wallpaper
