At night..

Near 3a.m

Jungkook's POV

This scent ,this intoxicating scent ...where it is coming from?

I wokeup nd smelled the most addicting & alluring scent

Her scent.
My mate's scent.

But then i realized something,
Why could i smell her scent?

I opened my eyes and saw her..

Then i remembered everything..

I didn't sleep for a week..so maybe that's why my mind was so numb.

My mate was near me, her body was laying beside me nd i was hugging her petite body..

I remembered how she tried to kill herself,
Her arms were covered with bandages,  she looked lifeless

Why?

Why did she hurt herself?

I wanted to ask everything but she was still unconscious,

I kept staring at her face, her beautiful dark brown eyes were closed, her lips were blue nd chapped,
My wolf let out a whimper,he wasn't fine he was feeling lifeless without her, and seeing her in this state wasn't helping either.

"We're with our mate now junghyun, don't worry I'll never let her go. Don't you remember what we decided last night hm? She's mine, she's ours. And she'll be o-okey h-hm? We'll take care of her"
I tried to comfort him and myself also,
I couldn't control myself and started crying..,

"Please wakeup y/n, please b-baby"

10 minutes later

I stopped crying and held her hand in mine,
Then,
I realized that this was the first time i got this close to her, my body was feeling a very weird but good feeling..

There was an invisible spark between us,
I felt complete near her. And i loved this feeling.

I held my hand up and started caressing her cheek,
Her body was cold,i got extremely close and held her close to me, so her body can heat up a lil., i purred in satisfaction when i smelled my scent from her neck,

"Yeah, i scented her last night"

My cheeks started to burn when i remembered how i scented her,
"Why I'm blushing like a teenager?"

Thinking about that intimate moment made me feel more needy,
I wanted to kiss her, lick her and mark her.

"This is so new to me, i never imagined to do and to think of doing these things, i knew i would find my mate and I'll mark her, but i never thought about the process of marking, i don't know how the idea of scenting came into my mind, but i did it so she can heal quickly, not for pleasure."

"Control please junghyun, i know what you're thinking and feeling"

Junghyun:- " Then Stop thinking about those things, you're driving me and yourself insane."

"Y-yeah s-sorry" taking deep breaths*

I said getting embarrassed.

"I should sleep now, y/n will wakup by tomorrow morning"

And with saying that jungkook hugged y/n carefully and went to sleep.
